The location is ok. The staff does not have comunication between each other so they bother you with the same questions. Managements is ok tried to arrange the problem of charging twice to my credit card (hotel fee). The room was extremely dirty!! Lots of dust in the room therefore my allergies got worst than ever! No basic things in the room like toilet paper, towels, etc. The room carpet was sticky and smelly! |

Everything was bad: - we arrived at about 10:30 p.m.; the check-in process was long and stupid; the staff seemed to have no ides about the breakfast being included in the rate. - the hotel's resaturant was closes; no room service; the guy at the reception was not able to reccomend us a restaurant in the vicinity; being for the very first time in Mexico City, we would have appreciated a little bit of advise- something which is all the time done by hotels; - the rooms have old- fashioned furniture and cleaness was far from acceptable; - rooms were very noisy- even with the windows closed; - the breakfast next day was from far the worst we've ever experienced: the juices were undrinkable (should have been on the table for at least 3 days); coffee was something close to a coloured water. all in all, this hotel should be taken out from your list- I've used your services for quite a long period of time and I had never ever before a worse experience! |

Very nice hotel!!! Could not find many employees that spoke English... the ones that did spoke very little. We were not treated very well due to the language barrier. This is information we need before choosig a hotel. There was no wireless connection, only a room where you can go on a landline. This is information needed when you use a laptop... |

location is acceptable, not far from Zona Rosa. Good breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. smell in the room and poor light. In our first room the window was extremally small. |

il servizio di prima colazione frigo non funzionante. La prenotazione era per una master suite con patio e jakuzi, ma, nonostante che la tariffa pagata era quella concordata, non abbiamo avutyo una master suite!!!! |
