Su ubicación. Te cobran por todo: internet, llamadas; todo es extra. El hotel estaba casi vacío y nos dieron la habitación mas pequeña; en esquina; con la peor vista de la ciudad;y no porque estuviera lleno;sentí que nos castigaban por No haber hecho la reservación directamente con el hotel.

La ubicacion y la predisposicion, y el hecho que sepan reconoser determinados errores que tubieron en conjunto con esta pagina y la efectiva correccion de ambas. No, todo a sido confortable.

Konum itibarıyla Mexico city nin en nezih bölgesinde yer alıyordu.Oda geniş rahat gereksinimleri karşılayacak nitelikteydi. Kahvaltı salonu bu kadar büyük bir otel için çok küçük.Sabah kahvaltı masasına oturmak için en az 5-10 dakika bekleniyor.Kahvaltı salonundaki sıcak servis aşçıları çok ilgisiz.Vermiş olduğunuz omlet siparişini yanlış ve 20 dakika sonra alıyorsunuz.Bu durumu otel yönetimine ve servis sorumlularına ilettik.çağrılan özel taksi ve tur rezervasyonlarından alınan komişsyon çok yüksek

Degelijk, niks op aan te merken Zeer goed restaurant "au pied de Cochon" maar bediening kan iets beter. Personeel werkt goed, maar afstandelijk. Een tikje betrokkenheid zou ik waarderen. Jacques Deweerdt Koksijde

Creo fue mala administracion en el Depto. De Reservaciones, pero tengo copia de la confirmaciòn de ustedes y muy claro dice que las tres habitaciones que reservamos, serìan cargadas automaticamente a la tarjeta de credito que proporcionamos por medio de ustedes, pero al hacer el check-out volvieron a cobrarlas, por lo que hoy pediremos estado de cuenta de dicha tarjeta y les contare. Por eso puse regular en la primer pregunta. Gracias

Qualidade dos ambientes e atendimento. As janelas estavam sujas por fora causando uma mau impressão e não tinha piscina. Ou não está claro onde está. Cobraram no taxi de retorno ao aeroporto o valor mais do que 4 x o de um taxi comum e o carro q tinham era velho.
