The balcony is sweet, good television, excelent bedding and comfort. There was suposed to be two bathrobes in my room... There wasn't any so I had to ask for them, one robe was definitly not a new robe. The cleaning lady came to our room every half hour to ask again if someone had already done our room. The balcony was great, but the chairs were a bit uncomfortable... Take that as a suggestion. Another thing is that the fridge didn't work.

El desayuno está adecuado y hay gran variedad, El confort de las habitaciones. El servicio del personal en general es muy bueno. Estuvimos en un curso en Sabado y una dinámica fue en el chapoteadero, una de los chicos cayó y nos percatamos que el agua estaba muy sucia, el cobro del internet / desayunos es muy variable, cuando hago la llamada personal se respeta la tarifa convenio para la empresa, sin embargo por booking que es otra forma de hacer la reservación no lo incluye, habría que incluir un icono para definir si aplica a tarifas con convenio a empresas para que incluyan todo.

Los empleados son muy serviciales y rápidos cuando el cliente solicita algún servicio, me gusta la ubicación y la tranquilidad que se percibe alrededor, la habitación es cómoda,la alberca es agradable ese espacio Me parece que el jacuzzi debería tener una mayor temperatura en el agua y creo que el jacuzzi no es para niños. Visité el bar y dura te mi estancia siempre estuvo solo, tal vez deberían atraer la atencion con promociones como hora feliz o haciendo el lugar mas atractivo, música, etc Es la segunda vez que los visito, en esta ocasión me disgustó ver que revisaron bien al hacer la limpieza, pues una sábana estaba con una mancha muy notoria de menstruación, les sugiero pongan mas atención en ese aspecto. Gracias

la ubicacion el personal no esta capacitado para atender a los huéspedes ni a los comensales,son déspotas,indiferentes,no dan información con calidez y calidad,el hotel en total esta sucio y huele mal ,no le dan buen mantenimiento, yo le daria una categoria de 2 estrellas, percibí mucha inconformidad y molestia de los huéspedes así como de nosotros,yo no recomendaría para nada este hotel, deberían de aprender de el presidente intercontinental de cancun ,que es de calidad y calidez,aparte que el de monterrey habla mal de servicio de uds. me gustaria que por medio de uds. se informara a quien corresponda de los directivos del hotel Presidente Intercontinentapara que pongan orden e inviertan un poquito en el mismo.l

La Ubicacion La calefaccion del cuarto ruidosa. El agua del cuarto vecino ruidosa. En fin mucho ruido. El personal tiene su negocio con algunos taxistas.
