Not far from archeological site.
Stayed only for 1 night. Very loud music loud voices of partying people until 4 in the morning. Impossible to get a good night sleep. Poor breakfast only ham/cheese tosti and a coffee. Across the street there is a big supermarket that sells good sandwiches ( 10 peso) and pastry for little money. Have your breakfast there very cheap and good. Do not stay at this hotel if you want a good night sleep.
Nice and propper Hotel with friendly staff. Bicycle for free. Close to all Restaurants down town. Bike trail to beach. Really! :-)
Breakfast is not really a breakfast. But the coffee is great. Quite crowded in the morning from 7-10am. as they are a stop-in for tour groups or making own tours. A bit noisy. Not directly at the beach. But there are only really expensive Hotels. For that Money you will not find a better Hotel in Mexico. We have been to 10 different.
The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The accommodations were somewhat spartan but we're not uncomfortable. The mornings were marked by tour buses stopping in on their way to other destinations that created much activity.
everyone was helpful and super nice - great communal atmosphere with the cafe and outside lounge area. wifi was surprisingly decent compared to other hotels i stayed at in Quintana Roo
the bed could have been more comfortable, but it was fine.
Loved the feel of the place. I stayed in the Frieda Kahlo room which I was stoked about - all the colorful pictures and tributes to all things Frieda Kahlo made me feel so happy and at ease. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room very clean. Loved the free bikes - such avoid way to get around Tulum and see the sights.
My only gripe would be the noise. It's right on a main intersection, however that can't be helped. If you are a light sleeper it may be something to bear in mind
Clean, good facilities. Comfortable. Great staff. Close to supermarket. Bikes were great.
Slightly far (3km) to beach, although only 20 minutes with the free bikes.
Bikes are included for free and bike path to beach or ruins starts directly across the street. It's a 10 to 15 minute bike to either. Restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are all within a short walk.
There was some traffic noise as hotel is located at a busy intersection but that didn't out weigh the good.
It's close to archaeological zone and you can go to anywhere just by taking collectivos
Itour is a great hotel with very friendly staff. The room we stayed was clean and very comfortable.
The hotel is also the center of a tourism company and the hotel lobby and entrance is crazy busy in the morning when the tours are leaving.
Great taco bar next door.free bikes.
very basic room on ground floor, little natural light. No wi fi signal, poor breakfast. Meeting point for tours so every morning their were crowds milling around outside the room. Hotel on intersection so could hear trucks all night. Basic hostel but more expensive.
This was our second stay at Itour. The staff is wonderful and makes you feel at home. Delicious croissants and pastries for breakfast. The coffee is delicious. Great location.
Wonderfully decorated rooms. Funny comics painted on the walls. Strong Wifi signal in the rooms. Unlimited coffee, expresso, capuccino, croissants, various breads for breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Comfortable and large bed.
Bikes are too tall for short people, seats don't adjust lower.
The staff is very friendly and nice. It's a little far from the downtown area, but they have free bike rentals!
It can get noisy during the day because they also serve group tourists as a resting stop. Our room on the first floor next to the stair had some kind of machine noise at night. We asked the hotel people to turn it off, but they didn't even know what it was. It took us a long time to fall asleep because of the noise...
Hotel was good. Breakfast was okay. Very friendly Staff.
Wifi works not so good.
Staff incredibly friendly, very accommodating, use of bicycles great, location great, free breakfast yummy! Loved it here. Easy to find coming into town, too.
the rooms are all theme rooms and very well done. the breakfast was hot paninis and sweet croissants ... and cappacino. staff was helpful and efficient.
The staff made us very welcome and were so helpful. They made us feel more like family than paying guests and they could not do enough to help us, particularly Alma though all the staff members were very good.
The hotel is near a busy road which means it is noisy.
Friendly staff, good coffee, free bike rental,
Some nights there where noise from the restaurants nearby
The staff was extremly friendly, we really felt welcome. The breakfast was simple but nice (very good coffee). Room was big, good AC, large bed. Bikes were included, and Tulum has a very new and nice bikeway to the ruins and the beach. Bus station is about twenty minutes by foot, but taxis are pretty cheap. We would stay there again.
The location at the main street means that it can be a bit loud, specially in the morning.
It's close to the beach and Tulum ruins, and you can easily rent a bike from the hotel. The supermarket is right in front, and great seafood restuarant is along the road. The room is decorated in a chic and natural way with every room in a specific theme. Most importantly, the staff are super nice!
Wifi does not work in rush hours. But it's not a big problem.
All staff friendly, cheerful, and very helpful. Breakfast included in rate was filling and generous. Room décor very cute. Free bike rental a great inclusion. Well located in town for supermarket, access to ruins and Gran cenote and good restaurants in town.
Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss.
Super cute room - loved how everything was decorated, friendly and helpful staff, free bike rentals, kitchen included, great location...close to restaurants, shops...and a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. Lots of tours take off directly from the hotel...all buses and taxis pass by so getting to other places is very easy. Great for foreigners and Mexicans alike. A cute and fun alternative to the all-inclusive (and totally overpriced) route.
My only complaint would be that the wifi hardly ever worked...normally that wouldn't bother me but we stayed over Christmas and it was very difficult to speak with family and friends.
Value for the Money is quite excellent, the humour of the place is to die for, the service is one of the best, the hugs are free at Christmas Time.
Located at the crossroad of Highway 307 and the the Road to Coba, it can bother a light sleeper like me, but the glass blocks that make out the windows of the side of the Frida Khalo room did the best job possible.
People from staff are amazing. Rooms are clean and everything works fine.
Wifi a bit slow. Water from the shower a bit weak. Otherwise great. Some noise from the road.
