The location is great! Just 15 min by bicicles (which are given to you at the hotel for free) to the ruines/ fantastic beaches/ cenotes. The map is given to you at the arrival and you can get any advise where to go not only in Tulum, but you'll be helped to plan your further trip in Yucatan. Marco, the owner, is just a fantastic guy! Everything is done with aspiration and every detail is thought over! And a tasty coffe :)

Staff is very friendly, speak multiple languages, comfortable beds, free breakfast is great, free bike rental, multiple restaurants near with entertainment, very close to ruins and beach without the resort crowd

Pricing variance was hard to figure out when we wanted to return

-It was a bit noisy (from the street and the groups that apparently use the hotel as a meeting point). -Breakfast can be improved! -Location is ok if you have a car.

Arriving at 2 in the night was no problem. I was welcomed as a friend and this attitude was continuous during my stay. Marco and Alma and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. There is always time for a chat, a laugh or a very nice cappuccino. I will never forget that when I left they waved me goodby. I will definitely come back! And anyone who wants to go to Tulum, stay here!

Almost everything! The staff was amazing and friendly, we felt very welcome and they lent the guests computers and bikes.

Since it's located at a cross, there was so much noise and work around the hotel.

Perfect with free bikes to go to the ruins and the beach!

There could be hammocks at the hotel area.

Friendliness & humor of staff. They were class in helpfulness. Provided free bikes for easy access to Tulum Sitee & beaches. Advised us to wonderful restaurants & nearby points of interest! They go the extra mile!

The staff is fantastic (very friendly and informative) and location was great - close to Tulum Ruins and beach (easy to bike to both) and 10-15 minute walk to the center of Tulum. Rooms are simple but clean. We liked the possibilty to use free wifi and free rental bicycle.

Nothing major to mention as a downside. Maybe a little noisy but not as noisy as I thought it might be.

Staff was WONDERFUL! They were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Free wifi, free bikes, only 2 miles to the beach and less than that to the entrance to the ruins.

Like other reviews stated, the staff here really makes the difference. They are genuine in wanting you to have a good time and to feel comfortable at the hotel. I loved the themed rooms. Alma does a great job of designing the rooms. The coffee is excellent. You are close to town and to beach as long as you are in decent shape you can walk or bike to either. The location also makes it easy to do day trips by bus/car. It was really nice that bikes were included.

Only complaint I had was there was no shelf in bathroom for your toiletry items.

Tulum is amazing and not a tourist trap like Cancun. My 5 days stay at ITOUR was definitely a greather experience than the 4 and 5 star resort in Cancun i stayed in. Superb staff and good location.

We liked everything about the Itour. If we have to write all the things we liked, first of all, the staff is fantastic. They treat guests as their true friends. We felt very sad leaving there. Marco, Daniele, Alma, Alma's brother and their team. Truely amazing people. They will do everything they can to make you feel at home. Second, rooms are simple but super clean. Usually when we stay at hotels or other accomondations, we have to clean to make ourselves feel comfortable. But never this place. Every day, they clean spotless. I love it. Third, the location is fantastic to take any kind of tours. Many of the tour starts from their courtyard. After a long tour, you don't want to drive or get a share shuttle ride to your hotel. Everything is close. Fourth, Free wifi (they even let you use their laptop), free rental bicycle, simple but very tasty breakfast. Coffee is great here. I mean, I can go on and on... When we were tired and didn't want to go out to eat, Daniele helped us ordering food from "Sale and Pepe" the next door to deliver it to our hotel room. That was fantastic. When we came back from the beach with sandy feet, Alma brought us a bucket of water to wash off our feet... Really really amazing to get to know these people. We definitely miss them and they really made us our trip very special. Thank you, Marco, Daniele, Alma, Alma's brother and their team! We would like to be back! Very frendly staff, excellent rooms and position, nice place for long stay.The price are ok.Everything was much more than we expected. If you need place to stay in Tulum, don't look around. This hotel is perfect.

They were "over the top" helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. When our plans fell through on an excursion to Coba, Pasquale made a quick call to a Taxi driver he knew and got us a private tour of not only Coba but to any cenote(s) of our choice! Our 5 year-old son had a blast. The staff, without exception, treated us like we were the only guests they had to concern themselves with. ITOUR will be our pick when we go back to Tulum.

Near perfect hostel with fabulous designed and spacious, clean rooms, super friendly staff and a buzzing atmosphere. Located across the road from the bike path to the beach & a huge supermarket for supplies.

This place was amazing and my partner and I have both traveled a lot. Absolutely superb staff, they looked after us really well. The room was clean and comfortable. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Very welcoming staff especially if you're Italian! Funky rooms. Free use of bikes.

No room safe. Quite a lot of noise from traffic.

The hotel is clean, well designed and funky. The double bed was massive. The staff are really friendly and there are free bikes for your use to get to the beach. The adjoining Italian restaurant serves up pretty authentic fare.

My only down points were that the included breakfast wasn't so substantial, so we often went out for more mid morning, and it's right on a busy junction, but it's hard to tell once through the Courtyard and we didn't notice I at all from our room.
