The first time happen to me in Hotel the room cleaning service entered the my room at 10:30 PM while I am sleeping in bed with my wife , we were shocked the cleaning lady saying I am sorry , when I called to complain they said , you didn't put the don't disturb sign on the door , even though I checked in 4 PM the same day . a big question mark "?" no free water , usually for this value of hotel must offer some free stuff. no coffe maker internet the room not free

Iwe liked very much hotel and breakfast.

To much wind and waves

Beautiful resort! It was a great location and the beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean.

Everything was SO expensive! Even the bottled water was ridiculous. At least one bottle should have been provided per day for the guests, I mean this is a "5 star resort." It would have been nice to have some more affordable options for meals.

Location, restaurants.

Only one bed in room despite requesting two. Hotel charges for everything:coffee, wi fi, water.

The hotel was simply amazing; the staff and service is excellent. The room is super clean and maids come in twice a day. We loved the location-- it was walking distance from the supermarket, main shopping malls (Kukulkan, La Isla), car rental place and McDonalds with the fast free internet. The beach is very clean and not crowded. The restaurants in the hotel serve delicious food.

If I had to pick a single thing that would be a bad shower--the flow is a bit too weak for my taste.

Billing arrangements became complicated because one staff member did not make an effort.

The staff is very attencious and helpful. Location is not good enough to go shopping by foot, but car rent is very cheap and nobody should be without a car there.

The stuff was amazing(i recomand Roger from sedona grill), the hotel it is a 5 star for real, the bedroom was perfect!! I recomand this hotel 100% :)

The best hotel in Cancun. Concerning Sevice and breakfast, one of the best in the world. Never had a better service in any hotel of the world. The breakfast is also very high up there. The rooms would need a little face lift to stay in the top hotels of the world.

Absolutely perfect, to be recommended without hesitation. Great breakfast buffet or a la carte. Very nice pool, fantastic view on the carribean sea - emerald blue sea with white sand beach. Good service and vey kind people speaking a good english also that is important. A real 5 stars hotel.

Não ficamos satisfeitos com os preços da comida no bar, e restaurantes do hotel. Os preços nos restaurantes do hotel são muito mais altos que os praticados em outros restaurantes em Cancun, os quais possuem qualidade superior. A qualidade dos lanches no bar da piscina não condiz com o resto dos serviços.

que durante mi estacia en la noche mas menos a las 2.00 hs. de tres noches seguidas, era un martillar, mucho ruidos de las habitaciones junto a mi cuarto,,se reporto al personal de la noche,y el domingo lo reporte al gerente del hotel y me dijo que no tenia ningun reporte de esto. soy una persona de mas de 70 anos y creo que no tengo por que mentir y enganar..pero eso si jamas me hospedo en su hotel.........

Pràticamente de tudo. Atendimento, conforto, limpesa, alimentação, informações corretas, cj de piscinas, funcionários educados, prestativos, restaurantes, bares, etc.

Do atendimento terceirizado, principalmente de um funcionário da empresa de passeios, um tal de Valencia, grosseiro, mal educado, que faz muito mal ao nome do jw Marriott. Atende na área das piscinas.

Hotel padrão Marriott. Muito luxo, excelente limpeza, impecável nos mínimos detalhes. Indico para todos que gostam de luxo, e não gostam do sistema All Inclusive (Junk Food). O restaurante Gustino é sensacional.

Inadmissível em um hotel deste padrão, ser cobrado 75 dolares de Wi-fi em uma semana, e principalmente, cobrar 200 pesos para se usar uma boia na piscina. Fora isso nada a reclamar.

Las instalaciones y ubicación.

Nos robaron en el estacionamiento del hotel y lamentablemente confiamos en que iban a tomar acción y responsabilidad al respecto pero hace dos semanas que no se comunican con nosotros y vamos a empezar a tomar acciones legales contra el hotel, por este motivo, no recomiendo este hotel. Confiamos en ellos pues nadie está libre de que esto pase pero para esto hay procedimiento y jamas deben perder la comunicación con el cliente para generar credibilidad. Simplemente nos engañaron para tranquilizarnos pues sabían que regresábamos a nuestro país. Que decepción de este hotel. Nunca más.

El trato del personal es imposible de mejorar, gran atención, extra lujoso, el SPA sencillamente INCREÍBLE
