convenient to ADO bus station, central to downtown area, multi-lingual staff, practically next door to Sanborn's restaurant, excellent air con, safe in room

Excellent location next to the ADO bus station; looks very nice; friendly staff; quite clean.

Location: very close to ADO bus station so you can easily get to the airport and other Mexican cities and tourist attractions. Bus R1 to hotel zone with all the great beaches passes near the hotel every 5 min. Some good restaurants nearby. Big Mercado 28 with artisan souvenirs is also close. Staff: very friendly and helpful. Even offered me a better room with a king-size bed at the same rate. The rooms are clean. This small & cozy Mexican-style hotel is real value for money.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is good, next to the ADO bus station. Each room includes cable tv and safety deposit box.The staff is friendly and helpfull. In other words, this hotel is a real value for money. I will defintily recommend this hotel for anyone in transit or wishing a city stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good location, sitting on the side of city main street; close to bus station, shops, banks and restraurants. Clean room with nice furniture, cute balcony and recess.

Good location across the street from the ADO bus station in centro Cancun.

A little noisy.

The hotel has excellent location, just around the corner of the bus stop. But we were staying at the separate building than the main one, which is closer to pool but security wise is less safe. We had someone put a bottle of opened juice in front of our room.... seemed bit creepy... overall all is ok. They precharged the first night.

The hotel is situated in the city center and it is better than it seems

The safes were out of order, in the reception too, so our passports were stored by staff in some drawer

We enjoyed the location of this hotel to the ADO Bus Terminal. We were leaving early the next morning for Merida and were able to just walk across the street. Kim Mayab is clean and has charm . I would recommend it to others wishing to stay downtown.

I have no complaints.

We liked the location (close to the bus terminal). The hotel is clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellant. This was our second stay at this hotel, and is good value for those spending a few days seeing the sights of Cancun and Isla before returning home.

The staff were very accommodating even when the resources were not as expected (no internet in my room). The proximity to the ado bus terminal is what attrated me to this location and it was most convenient.

Not having internet in the privacy of my room was not as expected. Being in a separate building across the parking area from the street location was a shock - not necessarily bad, but a shock.

Nos ha gustado la rica atención, amabilidad y asesoramiento ante las consultas. Es muy cómodo y hermoso, sobrio y muy muy limpio. Además está cerca de la terminal ADO, es bueno para conocer los alrededores.

No hemos encontrado nada negativo.
