Best hotel experience we've had in a long time! Planning on going back next year!

Reception staff very friendly, location very best and design quite ecologic and up to my way.

Little overpriced. Two floors room not so spaceous as expected because not much space for luggage.

We liked the first impression - the wooden stairs, the garden to get to the bedroom and the design of the hall with the little swimming pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the beach and restaurants, cafes, a foot away.

The hotel is really close to the main street and the discos. The room was very noisy during the night and you could hear music from 3 discos. We had to ask the reception staff to change our room, but it was still really noisy. The location is great, as the hotel is central and close to the beach, but it is really noisy.

The two young men (that I met) at the front desk were very personable, friendly, helpful, amusing, well groomed and good looking enough to make me wish I had been 25 years younger!! They spoke excellent English and were a great asset. Elena Ferrara, though I didn't meet her during my short 10 hour (including sleeping) stay, was very prompt, friendly and charming in all my email inquiries before I even left my country. She made me feel at home in Playa del Carmen before I even got there. The management of the hotel in all respects I found to be excellent. The room was very comfortable, pretty and clean. The lobby is beautifully designed.

The price I found to be a little high, but I was there during Easter and know it is an unusually "high" season. The shower floor had stones in it that were very hard on my feet (I may have unusually tender feet). They looked beautiful, but were uncomfortable.

Arredato con gusto e confortevole. Si respira una buona atmosfera. Delizioso il patio con giardino.

La colazione si effettua presso un bar vicino ed è molto limitata.

Le design, l'emplacement de l'hotel dans Playa del Carmen et la qualité de l'hotêl par rapport au prix booking.com

Lorsque j'ai voulu prolonger mon séjour de 2 nuits supplémentaires (donc sans passer par booking.com) les prix se sont envolés pour la même chambre !!! Comment peut-on rester et payer plus cher la même chambre après y avoir déjà séjourné 1 nuit pour moins cher ??? pas commercial non plus...

La ubicaciòn del hotel es muy buena.

Reservamos por 209 usd y cuando llegamos nos comentaron que por problemas de overbooking nos daban otra habitaciòn de calidad inferior y por el incidente nos daban un descuento. En nuestra reserva original incluia el desayuno,en la mañana bajamos a confirmarlo y despues de verificarlo durante un largo tiempo nos dijeron que desafortunadamente no lo incluia. En resumen por una habitaciòn de menor calidad y sin desayuno pagamos 196 usd (+14% iva) y en ningùn caso vale ese precio. Nosotros solemos viajar mucho y este hotel definitivamente no lo recomendamos si te gusta el buen servicio.

Mi ha colpito molto l'ospitalita' e la premura nel soddisfare il cliente. Decisamente calda l'accoglienza e mai mi e' stato detto di pazientare per la risoluzione di un problema. Comunque un grandissimo valore aggiunto alla già bella disposizione (per arredamento, piscina e sopratutto posizione) dell'hotel stesso. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia e alla 5 av. Lascia certamente un buon ricordo.

Nessuno in particolare. Adatto forse piu' per coppie e amici che per famiglie ma nulla di piu'.

Localização, praticamente na 5a avenida porém sem o barulho dos bares e baladas. Também muito próximo da praia. Quarto com frigobar e televisão. Boa relação custo benefício.

Quarto e banheiro pequeno (Queen Standard). No banheiro, no local de banho o piso é de pedras, gerando desconforto, falta de suporte para sabonete e shampoo e não tem box (é cortina plástica). A porta do banheiro não tem trava e não fecha direito. Iluminação ruim no quarto. Rede wi-fi muito instável no quarto. Falta de funcionários para ajudar carregar as malas na escada, pois não tem elevador. Não tem café da manhã.

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle freundlich, sowie auch der Service hat gestimmt. Die Lage war gut, 50m zum Strand. Was auch wiederrum ein Nachteil war siehe unten. Trotz allem war das Hotel gut , man war direkt an der 5. avenue !

Durch die nahe Strandlage, war es abends öfters laut durch die Strandbars die Musik hatten... Die Klimaanlage war auch ein wenig laut !

El personal fue muy amable con nosotros, ademas la ubicacion del hotel es excelente, solo a pocas cuadras de la playa y de los principales lugares de intertes en 5ta avenida. El ambiente dentro del hotel es muy agradable.

Las habitaciones son muy pequenas, apenas puedes moverte dentro. Ademas, por estar detras de la 12 avenida, en donde estan todos los bares y discotecas, hay bastante ruido por las noches.
