Offering charming suites with kitchenettes, Hotel Uolis Nah is in the center of Tulum and a 10 minute drive from the nearest beaches. It has a barbecue area in tropical gardens.
Score from 118 reviews Good

Secret Garden Tulum Hotel is in central Tulum, but in the middle of a tranquil space decorated with local made furniture and featuring free Wi-Fi and tropical gardens.
Score from 158 reviews Very good
Good central situation handy for restaurants, taxis and colectivo
Dark room little natural light
Breakfast really lovely and staff very welcoming . Situated in the middle of town, and close to bus station. Would definitely stay here again
The location just few minutes from Tulum archaeological site, the super-amazing breakfast, the friendly staff
The room wasn't exactly the one shown in the picture when we booked. Minor detail, anyway.
excellent decoration, confortable bed, really clean room, a lizard visited us in the bathroom..but you can't avoid nature, can you? A place with great taste with good value of quality/money
really noisy in the night..i wouldn t recommend it for long stays.
Location was okay for Tulum town, close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was included in the price and good.
A bit too noisy, it might of been quieter in one of the back rooms. Only cold water in the bathrooms. The bed was small and uncomfortable.
Hotel price, hostel service. Except for the breakfast, everything was below expectations. Next time I'll stay in a hotel over the beachfront.
small family hotel, nice and helpful staff, the rooms are rustic but very comfortable, efficient air conditioning, right in the center of Tulum pueblo, close to many restaurants, dive shops, tour agencies, bike rentals...
Tulum peublo is around 5km from the beach (rent a bike for around 100MXP a day or take a taxi 80MXP one way) and similar distance from the ruins and the closest cenotes
okay , just off main road but quiet, good location , staff good and breki basic but good
Staff very helpful and delicious breakfast. You can hire bikes across the street to get to the beach
Should have realised there was a problem when earplugs were provided in the room. I feel very sorry for the owners as they have a great little place but it is spoilt by the open air night club a couple of doors down. It is meant to finish at 2.00 am but the Friday night we stayed it was 5.00 am. The owner was very understanding when we said we couldn't stay for our second booked night and didn't charge us. They are in a no win situation and I feel for them.
The only good thing is that it is in Mexico.
The mattresses are terrible. Excessive price for the quality that has.
Nice, friendly staff. Rich breakfast.
Quiet, friendly, central location
Right on busy road (but quiet), small beds, older air conditioning.
A fantastic stay
Location if you're in town and not at beach; proximity to ado bus station
Poor water pressure, sound insulation, breakfast, value for money even during peak travel season.
Excellent breakfast, included in price. Very nice, clean rooms for good price and nice staff. L'Hotelito is located in the center of Tulum Pueblo with all the restaurants and other stuff around it, only short bike ride or walking to the beach and the ruins though.
Sometimes the bathroom smelt a little bit strange, probably because of humidity. On weekends it can get a lil bit noisy outside.
Very sweet, family owned hotel. Excellent costumer service. taxi ride or bike to the most beautiful beach i've ever seen.
A Little noisy, on a busy road.
Nothing! It's the most awful hotel I've ever stayed in!
Room was dark and has a weard smell from the WC. But the most awful thing was the noise from night clubs nearby. It seems like there is no sound proof at all and we're like in the center of the dancing area until 6AM without any chance to have some rest!
The location was central on Av Tulum, so you can find food and night life rather easily. We stayed in a large room with a shared balcony, so it was quite spacious. It was nice to have A/C during humid days.
There was an extremely strange smell coming from the bathroom, and a general strange odor. Although the staff was nice, they did not speak any English at all. Cash is required for payment. Breakfast was included for us and we had fruit, yogurt, coffee/tea, eggs, but when the milk arrived, it was in a grossly dirty container which turned me off to all their food.
The smell in the room! And the cockroach!
- Hotelito is a sweet place to stay; you can rest in the Hamac on the backyards - Easy access to the beach and the ruinas from Hotelito - You have a complete breakfast - The staff is very nice
1. Located at central city, so it is convenient to eat. It takes 10 minute to walk from ADO station. 2. Staffs are friendly, informative and helpful. 3. Breakfast is free and tastes good. 4. Decor in public area is stylish with many hammocks. 5. The room provides AC.
1. No dryer in the room. 2. Some Mosquitos in the room. 3. Other reviewers said this hotel is noisy in the night because of a near night club, but It was quiet when I was in the room.
Could be an interesting place for spending some time in a typical mexican rural house. Good music in the lobby at a decent volume. The breakfast did not offer a large variety but was enough and the caffe was surprinsingly good for Mx.
Situated in a heavy traffic area. There was also noise from the surrounding bars until 4am. Our room was facing to the street and a window was completely missing, thus this was not a place someone could sleep beacause of the street noise. Smelly bathroom.
They charged to much. After asking never heard anything.
very small continental breakfast. and if possible avoid rooms in the basement!
