We liked that everything was close and the food was decent.
any little issue its solve live magic. staff were the best. the beach its so calm and nice. rooms are so cute. pool its nice and perfect for young children. best place ever to spent with family and kids
Food needs a little bit change and salt. snack bar should be inside of the restaurant when its too hot.
Comfort, staff, location
Food is terrible, awful blaring music should be turned off at all times. People go for peace and quiet and rest
All rooms have sea view, brilliant scenery Good Breakfast Nice tunes at pool Comfortable beds Great customer service
No refrigerator in rooms
Very comfortable room, lovely pool and the ocean beautiful. Nice staff great for relaxing. Better meals at beach restaurant next door
The food! Need a grill to make things tastier. They served hot dogs and margarine ugh. Even margaritas were bad. Also the awful ambient music, except for the pretty classical music before 11 am we were subjected to very loud bad rock till 11 pm. Make sure to get rooms far away from pool and restaurant
The constant club music at the pool could be heard by the entire small village. Why is this needed? Food is absolutely dreadful - they did not have our reservation - you get what you pay for - but this is not even worth the bargan rates - amenities non-existent - this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in even for this amount of money - the advertising is totally false. Do not stay here.
It was right on the beach where snorkelling was awesome!
There were no fridges in the room, no face cloths or hand towels .... One very little blanket .... Although we had a great view the ocean lashing on the shore was very loud at night and kept us up ....and the thing I didn't like the most was the 500 steps to get to our room .... Many quite high in the air with only a one foot ledge on the sides ....quite dangerous when you've had a few drinks .... Now that we've been there, we have had a chance to look around for better options next time but they are hard to find online
- The hotel is beautiful, the rooms have sea view and balcony and are modern, spacious and clean. - The hotel grounds are nice, well kept, nice pool, and its right on the beach. - The location is fantastic and the views amazing. The beach is ok although after a couple of feet in the water there's rocks. - The personnel is very friendly. - This is not a high end location (only mexican tourism) but it's a very very nice hotel and place. - Go to Barra de Navidad instead of melaque for restaurants and some shopping.
- The food in the hotel is not really good. They only have buffet voor breakfast/lunch/dinner and the quality is poor, very often with canned, artificial or not fresh ingredients. - Internet only in the lobby - The worst thing was the sound box by the pool and terrace with incredibly loud and often terrible music. We sometimes just left the hotel to escape that.
We had a really nice room, we think it was just renovated.
It seems like they are renovating the place and it will be great when they are done. But it seems like there is still some work to be done.
Room is very good nicely appointed. Newly renovated by the looks of it.
Restaurant is very poor. Do not take the "All inclusive" it is not worth the money. Whole facility is in need of major renovation that was underway while we were there. If you have bad knees do not go there, major number of stairs.
Pool was very dirty. This hotel is advertised on the la manzilla website and that is why we booked it but it is not in la manzanilla. Also if not all inclusive the meals and beer is very expensive. Not totally impressed.
Quiet, with nice beach.
The need to take a taxi for even the most basic needs.
