Great staff. Great location. Rooms are so-so. Nice pool and very good bistro. Noisy hotel. Construction and the night club in the same block contributed too much noise. |

It's a small, intimate hotel - very friendly, with good staff and the restaurant was especially good. Would prefer to be closer to the beach or larger pool with more sunlight |

the hotel staff were exceptional- very friendly and helpful. The location was awesome- right in the heart of everything more pool space in the sun. the pool had a lot of shade |

Beautiful pool/restaurant/solarium area. Hot tub was nice & hot. They upgraded us to a nicer room when the windows were locked shut, & were not able to move us to an equal-value room. Very pleased with that! Staff (especially front desk) was super accommodating & friendly. |

The staff were really excellent all round - resto, front desk - all of them . We especially liked the towel "Origami" ! A little pricey, but still - very well located and the staff and pool area justified the price |

they included breakfast at the adjoining bistro and a 50% off voucher for dinner. the room were clean, the pool was nice, and the staff was friendly.it is located close to but nicely off 5th |

hotel arrangement is nicely made, rooms are confortable and clean, the food is fantastic and the staff was absolutly nice and helpful! we would anytime come back! |

El Bistro, their restaurant, was great. Great food, great price (received 50% off dinners and free breakfasts), and great service. The location of La Tortuga was the best. It was a block from 12th Street and a block or two from the beach. The only thing was that the pillows were lumpy. |

Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et très serviable, toujours souriant, c'est vraiment agréable. La situation de l'hotel est aussi un gros atout, et que dire de sa superbe piscine ! Le restaurant de l'hotel est aussi très bon et d'un très bon rapport qualité / prix Le lit n'était changé que très rarement, c'est étrange pour un tel hotel, surtout lorsqu'on y séjourne 12 nuits! Mais sinon le reste était parfait |
