Excellent, friendly and professional staff. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Convenient to Tlacapaque shopping area and restaurants. Would recommend to friends and will return for a visit.

We love the staff. They always make you feel so welcome. The grounds are lovely. It is a quiet little oasis in the city. There is nothing that we didn't like.

The hotel had a nice Mexican feel to it and a wonderful staff catering to my needs. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shopping. Taxi to the airport, a 20 minute ride way to expensive...$250 Pesos.

The staff were all great. We were welcomed with a very informative friendly lady. She escorted us over to the bar area for a Welcome drink. when we checked out we were on our way to the airport, the young man at the front desk asked if I had printed our boarding passes. I said NO so he directed me to a computer on the counter and we printed our boarding passes right then and there. It was very thoughtful. Thank you Wireless in the room did not work and I guess it should have.

The hotel is small, under 50 rooms. The service and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. The location to the Historic Centro of Tlaquepaque was a short 10 minute stroll. The breakfast was fabulous.

Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Beautiful hotel grounds with nice clean rooms. Delicious breakfast served by gracious staff. We are repeat visitors here and this is why.

La bienvenida y las excelentes margaritas (tamarindo,limón,jamaica). La atención,lo hacen sentir como si estuviera en familia. Muy cálidos,muy amables.Sentí nostalgia el dejar el lugar.¡Gracias!. Los desayunos me gustaría que fueran má variados, por ejemplo: quesadillas, antojitos típicos del lugar.

En general todo bien y correcto. Su personal, es muy atento y servicial. El edredon de la cama, un poco desgastado. no encontre bote de basura en el baño es decir un solo bote para la habitacion. No es comodo un solo sillon en una habitacion,para dos personas. La lampara tipo buro de un lado de la cama no encendia. El auricular del telefono, hace un ruido extraordinario. los peldaños para subir a la habitacion de la escalera son cortos pero el peralte es correcto. Ausencia de ceniceros en area de terraza.

muy bonito, super buen servico poco ruidosa la habitacion a la hora del desayuno (a un lado del comedor) y el peor y mas duro colchon en el que he dormido en mi vida, por el colchon sería la única razon por la que no regresaría ni lo recomendaría, todo lo demás excelente.

El personal del Hotel es amable y la calidad de los alimentos muy apreciable. No quiero ser mal intencionado pero la tarjeta de crédito con la cual bloqueé mi reservación en línea fue clonada, con las consecuentes molestias de papeleo con mi banco.

Uitstekende service, heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Toen bleek dat mijn kamer geen wifi had, kreeg ik meteen een gratis upgrade. Goed ontbijt. Fijne, ruime kamer. Idyllische patio'S. Extra attenties, zoals fruit op de kamer, een fles water en badjassen. Tlaquepaque is een prettig, klein voorstadje van Guadalajara. De locatie: het hotel weliswaar op loopafstand van het centrum van Tlaquepaque, maar tussen twee drukke verkeerswegen in. Omdat ik in een dependance zat (pal tegenover de rest van het hotel) moest ik altijd aanbellen als ik naar binnen wilde. Een eigen sleutel had ik handiger gevonden.

A fantastic place to stay in Guadalajara. You'd be mad not to stay here if it's within your budget. Beautifully designed, comfortable and truly lovely staff who treat you with the personal touch. Great location and services provided. If you want to travel further afield Lino is an amazing tour guide. He speaks fluent english and is hugely knowledgeable and great fun.

I loved the giant bathtub, though there was not enough hot water. It was a little hard to find. There were 2 tiny spiders in the bed sheets. I live in Mexico fulll time, so I am accostomed to bugs in the house, however not in my bed.

the hotel was beautiful! too noisey at night....all the rooms were so close to the bar we were kept awake most of the night!
