Hotel Laguna Bacalar  

View of Laguna de Bacalar was lovely. Showers were good.

Staff were miserable and unhelpful. Rooms are very dated and run down as is the entire hotel. It is a long way from anything if you don't have a car and they charge you to call a taxi. We arrived after 9pm after a long journey, we were given the key and had to make our own way to our room in the dark down some quite steep steps with heavy bags, there was nowhere to buy water or a snack. This was probably the most expensive place we stayed in in Mexico and it was the least value for money. I would definitely not recommend it!

I didn't like the fact that the pictures on the internet were taken too long and did not reflect the present condition of the hotel. The room was dirty and not what it looked like in the pictures. I was not able to use the bathroom for sanitary reasons. I would not stay there again!

Hotel is comfortable. People are terrific. The lake is spectacular. Lots to do. Lots to see.

The setting is beautiful and stunning. It is truly not the fast lane. The hotel is very nice and delivers all that is necessary.

me ha gustado la vista muy hermosa de la laguna

La vista es espectacular! No hay un hotel con mejor vista que este! Garantizado! El hotel tiene en frente un cenote donde uno puede nadar. El color de la laguna es el más hermoso que he visto en mi vida. La laguna es de agua dulce pero tiene arena y hace que los amaneceres y atardeceres sean algo absurdamente bonito. El color blanco total del hotel hace que tengas una de las mejores fotos del album de tus mejores viajes por todo el mundo. El desayuno es delicioso.

La atención del personal no es la mejor. Piensan en irse rápido a descansar por la noche(10pm) sin importar si un cliente quiere tomarse una cerveza. Tal vez sea porque son lugares que no llega mucha gente.

1 ): la situation géographiue excellente, 2 ): tres beau site sur le bord du lac, nourriture tres bonne 3 ): la propreté est excellente personnel tres agreableé 4 ): les prix sont biens mais un peu élévés.

1 ): pas de refrigérateurs dans les chambres pour les gens qui demeure plusieurs jours, 2 ): ditributeurs d'eau défectueux et inadéquats 3 ): manque d'acivites pour les invités demaurant plusieurs jours, 4 ): manque de peinrture a des endroits

chambre " depassée" porte ne fermant pas bonbonne d'eau ds la chambre en un mot a eviter dommage car belle vue sur le lagon

1.nice lagoona view 2. acceptable place to stay if you need to spend a night on your way from Palenque to Riviera Maya without making some extra miles to Cetumal 3.honest personnel (forgot my new i - phone at restaurant. came back in 40 minutes, took it at reception with no problem...pleasant experience..

very old tired rooms but if it is only for one night - nice view in the morning from your balcony would compensate the impression from a very unperfect room//

Posizione sulla laguna, le stanze hanno una vetrata diretta su di essa.

La stanza dava sulla piscina e ci siamo sorbiti un baccano tremendo fino a sera.

Todo nos gustó, la ubicación, los atrdeceres, la tranquilidad en fin todo fue my agradable, lo voy a recomendar con familiares y amigos

This was the worst hotel we stayed in mexico( and we live here). It is ridicously overpriced for what they have to offer. The room was dirty, full of ants and all kind of other insects and geicos, AC noisier then an airplane, the bathroom smelled very, very bad, no staff around to help us with the luggage. The terasse was also very dusty and full with spider nets. In my opinion the hotel doesn't deserve any star and it shouldn't be on booking.com.

La vista es increible.

Hace falta personal en el restaurante un solo mesero no puedo con todo .

Sa situation géographique sur la lagune de bacalar. Une vue à couper le souffle sur les bleus changeants de l'eau de la lagune.

Cet hotel n'a pas changé depuis sa construction au moins. La décoration date fortement (coquillages sur le plafond, peinture décrépie). Pas d'insonorisation, on entend tout ce qui se passe au bar le soir et le matin au petit déjeuner. (pas de fenetre)

phantastische Lage

Zimmer mit wenig oder gar keinem Mobilar ausser Betten, klitzekleine enge Badezimmer, die wohl eher fuer kleine Mayas geeignet sind. Fuer fast US 100 pro Nacht fuer ein sog. Superior Zimme(TV und Klimaanlge) viel zu teuer. Aber sie lassen sich eben die Lage an der Lagune fuerstlich bezahlen.

Una vista hermosa sobre la laguna!!!

очень хороший отель. ездим туда достаточно часто. все номера с изумительным видом на лагуну. до воды - 10 секунд. вода оооочень чистая, пресная. в комнатах не богато, но чистенько. полотенца чистые, белые. есть комнаты с кондиционером и/или только с вентилятором в потолке. в жаркие периоды рекомендую, конечно, с кондиционером. в отеле есть неплохой ресторанчик. внизу стоит пара лодок, можно договориться на поездку по лагуне. одна - 2 часа за 1500 песо, другая 1,5 часа за 1000 песо. маски для ныряния включены. очень рекомендую ту, что за 1000 - она к каналу пиратов, красота неописуемая. место очень не туристическое, людей почти нет, что является большим плюсом для людей, ценящих природу и покой. есть стоянка.

в душе только мыло. нет шампуня. кондиционер старый и шумный.
