las instalaciones son magnificas , no me gusto la asignacion de la habitacion tuve necesidad de plantear que mi recervacion señalaba un nivel superior y la primera nche la pase en un cuarto al que se le metio ell agua insisto no respetan los terminos de las recervaciones |

Все! Это один из лучших отелей где я когда-либо останавливался. Басейн в номере - это просто незабываемо, как и вид на бухту и город. Все было просто чудесно. Единственно одбидно, что я был там так мало времени. |

Tiene una ubicacion inmejorable con unas vistas buenisimas de la Bahia de Acapulco y el personal del hotel es tan eficiente y amable que te hacen que tu estancia sea perfecta La Agencia de Viajes que tienen dentro del hotel, no te informa completamente de las condiciones de su venta y te cobra un 5% por pagar con VISA cuando el hotel no lo hace, deberian tener las mismas caracteristicas de pago que el hotel donde se encuentran |
