View was amazing, room decor very pleasant, staff attentive, a great feeling of privacy due to the hotel design Continental breakfast was very disappointing (e.g. terrible coffee) and not in keeping with the general high standard of the hotel |

Splendid view from room 518 & restaurant Bellavista but ... Need a competent coatch to improve the service witch didn't meet the 5* Leading Hotel of the World. Big disappointement. We never had such a poor New Years Eve party. |

Exclusive, distinctive resort in a beautiful position with fantastic views, with a very efficient and friendly staff. The hotel's La Concha private club by the sea is the 'ace' in the Las Brisas pack - very impressive. There is a high level of traffic noise and at weekends and also a lot of noise from the nearby discos / nightclubs on the 'Acapulco Bay side' of the property. |

The privacy of the suites, with their own plunge pools. The decor, which is very pink but in excellent repair. Finally the service which is very attentive The breakfast is not very good and the cars to take you down to the beach and back can take a long time to arrive |

el servicio, la gente es muy amable me gustaría que el piso fuera de marmol o de un material que sea mas frío para que la hab. este fresca sin necesidad de utilizar el aire, los alimentos de la Concha. |

la tranquilidad con la que se esta muy agusto, la privacidad y la atencionque ofrece el hotel y tambien lo agradable del club la concha. es la primera vez que compro en una de las tiendas del hotel y el precio es muy carisimo, el que se encuentra con mejor precio es la tienda de souvenirs |

Luxe à un prix très abordable. Séjour inoubliable. Les photos sont en dessous de la réalité, c'est magique ! Allez-y !! La piscine privée, leur plage, le room-service, tout est très attentionné, et dans la discrétion. C'est le luxe sans bling bling !!! Petit défaut : le petit déjeuner un peu light à notre goût (4 biscuits, melon et pastèque + 1 banane et un thermos de café pour 2 !) mais c'est vraiment manière de ... |

Der Ausblick auf die Buch von Acapulco ist einfach ein Traum, wenn man das richtige Zimmer bekommt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in diesem Hause überhaupt nicht. Alles ist sehr teuer, der Frühstücksbuffet eher dürftig. Wenn man die Lobby betritt, glaubt man nicht in einem 5 Sterne Hotel abgestiegen zu sein. Die Pools in den Casitas sind so kalt, dass wir unseren Pool nicht einmal benutzt haben. |
