Las Hadas Golf Resort and Marina  

The hotel is gorgeous, the landscape is awesome, it has a beautiful small beach, the hotel itself looks like some fairytales place.

They couldn´t find my Booking.com reservation, i had to wait like 1 hour until they finally sorted it out. The check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, but at 3:45pm they still didn´t have the room ready, fortunately i reserved 2 rooms so i was abble to put my baggage in the other room. The only compensation they offered was to extend my check-out from 1pm to 3pm (wtf) :/ You have to do A LOT of walking from your room to the beach/pool/restaurant/etc, they have transportation but well, it becomes a bit annoying if you happened to forget something at the room :/ The rooms gets filled with a sewer smell everytime you flush the toilet (even if you din´t use it), probably realated to lack of manteinance. The room keys sometimes stop working, so you have to walk ALL THE WAY to the main desk to get it reactivated (You can always call for transportation, but well, the phone is INSIDE the room)

Overated. It has changed a lot since its heyday as a top hotel 15 years ago. Facilities are poorly mantanied, run down.

El personal muy amable, la playa muy tranquila, no hay olas y te puedes meter al mar como si estuvieras en una alberca. La alberca del hotel muy grande y bonita, la comida del bufete buena.

El hotel no es ni la décima parte de lo que era antes, en nuestro bańo había una fuga de agua en uno de los lavabos y se hacía un charco, le hace falta pintura a tooodo el hotel ya que se ve sucio, hay que bajar muchas escaleras para ir a la playa, nos tocó una habitación de las pocas que tenían elevador, pero teníamos que salir del loby hacia la arte de afuera del hotel para poder ingresar, el elevador se cerraba y solo se podia quedar abierto oprimiendo el botón de abrir puertas lo que ocasionó que me apachurrara un brazo, en dos ocasiones de tres al llegar a la habitación, mis dos llaves estaban desbloqueadas por lo que tenía que ir hasta el lobby a activarlas nuevamente, lo cual ya mencioné quedaba bastante lejecitos, en uno de los restaurantes no había lo que pedi de la carta y como estaban muy apurados atendiendo a huéspedes de Televisa, me tuve que retirar ya que no me atendían. Los precios de los alimentos y bebidas muy elevados un ejemplo 2 hamburguesas chicas de servicio a cuartos $400.00 sin bebidas y la hamburguesa a medio quemar.

la comida de los restaurante no es muy buena y algo cara,las camas y el mobiliario ya están viejitos e incómodos y las sabanas y toallas están percudidos y dan mal aspecto

la comida no estaba muy buena. la servian fria para mi gusto.

Había reservado una habitación de lujo con aire acondicionado. Me dieron una muy vieja á la que nole servía el aire y la tv se veía muy mal. A las 11 pm me tuvieron que cambiar a otra.

Delfin restaurant food in edible and cost$75. Othe eatery closed, breakfast only place to eat good food. Place is old and feels half closed. Moved to Barcelo. No stairs!
