It was annoyed that I had to sign everything, even I paid all inclusive service. My girlfriend was injured and services lasted more than 40 minutes to attend her.
all services, private beach.
Staff - Mauricio, Alexis, Noe and all of the Bellmen were fantastic! Location is nice with great beaches.
Everything! They need help on this property. The level of customer service that we experienced is definitely not 4 Star caliber. The property looks very run down, the lobby bar contour is atrocious, rooms are extremely hot and we even had to leave a vacation spot to go to another area in Mexico to enjoy. The GM is trying very hard to bring this property up to CS 5 Star standard. However, he will need a Task Squad to come in for a month or more to train all the employees and also a blank check to bring this property up to 5 Star status. He also needs a process plan for "All Inclusive" guests vs DR guests. The DR guests receive far less attention from the staff when this property has 90% occ. with all inclusive guests.
Housekeepers, Bellmen, Mauricio, Alexis from the FD were the only pleasant thing on that property.
Our entire stay was a fiasco! Hot rooms, had to move rooms 3 times with the last move having too take place at 2 AM with a 2yo, bathroom flooded, being treated rudely by the pool servers. They were more focused on the "All Inclusive" crowd instead of those of us paying a DR. Delphins was awful and service even worse. Again, their focus was on the "ALl Inclusive" folks. We were scheduled for 6 days/5 nights. My dad even packed us all up and took us to Puerto Vallarta for an entire day trying salvage 1 day out of the 5.
Staff was acceptional
Rooms need some updates
The beach, the staff's effort to deliver good service.
The declining of the facilities and the negative impact caused the change made when the hotel went to offer allinclusive services. No respect, trash on the pool, poor food quality.
We loved the architecture, setting & beach. We were happy to be in a unique setting where room were like cottages & not cookie cutter, boxy rooms. The food was good & the staff was very courteous & helpful.
There were some minor problems with the room that did not effect our stay, but needed attention.
We liked the little "private" beach area, Competent staff, the beauty of the area.
Everything was excellent, all the staff always very nice and willing to help. Loved their activities, at the pool, at the beach, at night.
Not enough longue chairs at the pool, didn't like the fact that some people just left something to "save their spots" and didn't even use them.
Location is wonderful. Staff was quick to respond to service requests.
the hotel location is exelent also the view
it took me 30 hours to get my safe/security box, the bed sheets looks gray instead of white, I got all inclusive plan with unlimited national licor, but when I asked for a shoot of herradura reposado they told us that was not included, us far I know it"s a tequila made in Hacienda el Refugio Jal. the buffet was the same every day no variation, in one word we were very unhappy
Tired and old. Beds were like plywood.
Friendly staff - for the most part Secluded and very relaxing Private beach
80s TV No safety/security box - even after numerous requests for one Water from minibar was open when we arrived and even after requesting a new & sealed bottle, it was never delivered The "reservation and dress code required" Legazpi restaurant was awful -- soup was cold & extremely salty, chicken was raw, and coffee was also cold. Front desk/lobby staff made no attempt whatsoever to take our requests/complaints into account. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING
