Beauty of location. Amazing service and friendly staff. Good food and nice wine list. Will recommend to all my friends for a romantic getaway. Safe. Relax. Quality of room varies (ocean view room). Be aware of the red tide that can last a few days/week (no nice view and no ocean swimming during this period). Limited activity on site.

La ubicación, limpieza, atención del personal en el Hotel fue muy buena en general en toda isla. Sería bueno que el Hotel contara con servicio de bar o snacks después de las 10:00pm, aunque sea algo sencillo.

Mycket trevlig personal o god mat. Väldigt rent o snyggt på hotell området. Väldigt väldigt avslappnat ställe. Vattnet väldigt varierande på grund av väder o vind. Tänk på att använda myggmedel.

Excellent location . Great views and sunsets. Old fashioned bathroom in sunset suite. Go for ocean view rooms, they are newer and wonderful views.

El hotel es fabuloso y el trato del personal también, las vistas desde el restaurante y la parte superior del hotel espectaculares. Es el último hotel en la isla, a fuerza tienes que tomar taxi para ir al centro, creo que está un poco alejado de todo

La atencion del personal es excelente, playa tranquila, el paisaje de la naturaleza en este punto es de lo mejor la falta de seriedad al presentar la disponibilidad de habitaciones, ya que por la web mencionan cupo completo, mostrando solo disponibilidad de los cuartos mas caros, y te informan que solo hay uno o dos disponibles y cuando llegas te das cuenta que hay poca ocupación y varios cuartos libres. Y realmente el costo es muy elevado para lo que ofrecen, en comparación con otros hoteles que son Haciendas y que sus costos son un poco mas bajos inclusive en las suites como ejemplo Huayamon, es incluso mas caro que el hotel Pensylvania enfrente del Madison Square Garden de NYC.

Location is great. The set up of the area is spacious and nice. Rooms are well equiped with a good shower. Its clean and well maintained. But the staff of the bar and restaurant are just amazing! Friendly, fun, not pushy. Really a nice group of professional men. Over all it was not what we expected. Of course we understand that construction and maintenance is planned in low season. But a closed spa, no yoga classes, broken bikes, and the works all over the place going on at that moment was just not in relation to what we had to pay. We would have appreciated a note of the above upfront. So for us in general: over priced.
