Score from 90 reviews Very good
Featuring a gym and free Wi-Fi, Suites Obelisk is 165 ft from Lincoln Park and a 15-minute drive from the center of Mexico City. Its stylish rooms have cable TV.

Located in Polanco business district, only 5 minutes’ drive to Paseo de la Reforma Avenue and a 2-minute walk from stylish Masaryk Street, Busue Boutique Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with free...
Score from 28 reviews Very good
Located next to Chapultepec Park in the stylish Polanco neighborhood, Hyatt Regency Mexico City provides elegant modern rooms, 3 on-site restaurants and 2 bars. There's also a business center.
Score from 230 reviews Excellent
The interior design is very well developed, the comfort of the location, it's like having your own condo in Mexico City. Plus you get the advantages of a small kitchen should you like to stay in. I didn't use it, too much to do around, but it's nice to have...
Food at restaurant is not that good. Amenities are not complete. Room service does not anticipate.
Large room. Excellent support by the front desk.
Little bit far from the center of the city - makes Taxis expensive. The food quality at dinner was not good for such a place.
The hotel has an an elegant and appealing appearance. Rooms are spacious and modern.
The hotel is rather noisy, facing a major road junction and with poor window and door insulation. Wi-Fi worked very poorly when it worked. I would not recommend for a business stay.
the palce was a little bit difficult to take a taxi or subway
Free coffee, tea and water at hotel lobby.
Location is very hard to find and communication with taxi drivers to drive you back to your hotel is hopeless. Receptionist with extremely bad attitude. They are not helpful at all. Bad facilities. Room rate is incredibly high. The best is to avoid staying in this hotel.
This is definitely our favorite place to stay in Mexico City, it has everything and its quality is simply excellent!
pick up from airport was almost a hour late. the show was not hot at all.
Not much of a business hotel as their casual meeting facilities were extremely limited and no bar or place for casual eating. Being at the extreme end of Polanco there were no restaurants or shops within easy walking distance. Our whole group left after 1 night for a more business oriented facility at the same price. I would probably rate it higher at about half the price which is all it is worth.
WiFi included Breakfast included. Big rooms
Very hard for the taxis to find. The room refrigerator made a lot of noise.
We stayed here for a little get away without getting away and got a pretty good price. We enjoyed the hot tub in the spa, and the comfort the suite had. We welcomed to be able to make a meal and have a little kitchenette for ourselves, we even enjoyed the balcony and the two tvs that are in the room. We were happy to find that wifi worked very well. The staff is not in your face friendly but all on all very hospitable. We really liked the design of the hotel, the books that we're lying out in the lobby and the complementary coffee. All in all we had a very nice stay.
If you are only staying for a night or just a couple it is a little inconvenient not to have basic cooking ingredients like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar, it would be really great to have a little bit of that available. Otherwise the kitchen is well equipped. We liked the pool but it could use a little tender love and care since it has seen better days. Would be nice if they had towels lying out around the pool area as well (as they do in the gym and in the spa). Chairs for the balcony would've also been welcomed. All in all we had no problems though.
Fantastic location! friendly hotel, chic! excellent service
Spaciousness of suite
Hidden fees in final bill
The location and the facilities.
They have raised their prices a lot recently. It used to be much more cost effective.
wrong password wifi
Very good service and great staff. I would definitely stay here again. Loved the suite with the big bed, the separation of spaces and the extra zoom mirror in the bathroom.
The location. Big rooms, but far away from 5star hotel
Very, very noisy during night, if your suite is on the sidd of campos eliseos street. Also you can not use the balcony since the rooms are on a very busy highway and is extrimly noisy and dirty The aircondition system in the master suite 216 was damaged and they could not fix it for 4 days, so there was no air in the room and finally they move me to different room at 12 am. Really bad experience. The room service is working until 10.30pm and there is no restaurant at the hotel, beside the small dining room next to the lobby
They keep high standards on everything they offer, from environment and design, to customer service.
The Design and clean.
Front desk is arrogant and non helpful. I had problems with the bathroom with flooding water, asked 3 times for repairs with no success till I found the maintenance guy on the hallway and asked for fixing. After that the room was filled with terrible odor. I had to print 5 pages of a PDF for a trip and asked for the services at the front desk, they printed the pages cutting the header and footer and important information. When asking for the attendant to set the right paper size he refused and said it was a problem of PDF files and that he could not print in a very arrogant response. I had to ask for the manager, and he said the manager was out of town in a international trip. A hotel without manager?!? Then I insisted to teach him how to set the page size, arrogantly again he said to me that I could only do it if I don't leave the place I was. After teaching him the pages finally were printed, took me 1 hour and a lot of unnecessary stress. Internet is inexistent. The WORSE internet ever experienced, when asking for the front desk attendant he said that the internet was bad because I was using several devices (my cell phone and my PC), again arrogantly spoken. I know a lot of internet and I'm not dumb. I decided to let for never booking myself again into this hotel.
Perfect place close to everything in Polanco. The suites are very nice decorated with all the amenities, loved the balconies, and the complementary Nesspreso. Also there is also free coffee and tea as you walk in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, there is a small gym and library / lounge area. A block away from Mazaryk huge plus!
I needed cable to charge my ipad, they didn't have. Breakfast is over at 11, never woke early enough... Rooms that are facing the street (Reforma) are noisy.
Clean, good value
Breakfast- poorly staffed, always out of something, napkins, utensils, coffee, etc. All easily done- they don't get it.
nice Gym & Spa
Facilities, design, the bed, clean, good Price, everything it is almost perfect.
1.- Price of food on premises. It is ridícul to charge 6 dollars for a coke in a can with no service. Just to sell you the can. 2.- Direccions for taxi: all taxis got lost trying to find the location. The staff should have cards ready to be delivered to the taxis drivers with instructions to find the place, so the guest could handle those to the taxis and dont have to pay for rounds and rounds around the city to find the place.
