большой номер. Big room. Stove, refrigerator, dishes in a terrible state. No kettle. Air conditioner makes noise. The street noise. Not to not walk to get to. Holey sheets. Sex in the shower slippery. I fell and hurt my leg. Sit on the chairs is not possible. If you put the cup on the table, it will be shed. The table surface is made of a semi-circular boards.

Great location close to the main area of Tulum. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Nice big room for the family with 3 beds. Wifi available for free! No amenities at the hotel, so if you are looking for a full service hotel this is not the place for you.

Very little, actually only the fact that we could walk around town. This was more of a hostel or what appeared to be an old boarding house. It was way over priced, the toilet didn't flush, the beds were terrible and it took almost 10 minutes to get hot water. There were a few towels left on the table because there was no place in the bathroom to hang them. No soap or shampoo, we ran out of toilet paper and there was no one there to get it from. The place did not accept credit cards for payment or deposit so I should have known but we were traveling as a family of five and were desperate to secure a place for the night. So I do NOT recommend this place but was happy to have somewhere that we could sleep for the night although $170 for the night was highway robbery!

The owner is really helpful, there's someone watching after the hotel 24h/day The wifi signal could be stronger on the top floor, we had to go out of the room to have decent connection

Venligt personale. Værelset var udstyret med køkken. Værelserne er store. Slidt køkken. Hotellet er placeret for langt væk fra hovedgaden. Dårligt kvarter. Lidt for dyrt ift. hvad man får.

La atención tanto de Giuseppe el Propietario del Hotel como de Jorge el Encargado de Primera. Las habitaciones cuentan con kichinette y frigobar que ayuda mucho a la economía del viaje.- Nada

Il proprietario è italiano. Il guardiano notturno molto gentile. Eravamo in 2 con una stanza grande da 5 persone dotata di cucina, frigo funzionante, balconi e acqua calda. Struttura tranquilla vicino alla via principale. Non c'è la colazione.

L´hotel est tres bien situé et le personnel est aimable. Mais il faut se débrouiller en espagnol. L´odeur nauséabonde autour et dans l´hotel et les portes qui ne sont pas étanches, ainsi que les fourmis, la pression d´eau de la douche est insuffisante.

Tutto lo staff era molto gentile. Ti aiutano dove possono. La stanza e grande e pulita. doccia calda. La posizione del albergo e buono. Due passi dalla cittadina Tulum.

La grande cortesia e disponibilità del titolare Sig. Giuseppe. L'esterno della struttura è carino, sicuramente rispetto alla media che si trova a Tulum è uno dei migliori. Si sceglie il meno peggio. Forse è una sensazione recepita solo da noi, ma - sito Maya a parte - Tulum ha veramente molto poco da offrire.

La habitacion me gusto en general porque es amplia. La ducha es muy buena, tiene aire acondicionado. La ubicacion es buena porque esta en el centro de Tulum a solo 2 cuadras de la avenida principal donde hay negocios para comprar recuerdos, restaurantes de todo tipo, banco, alimentos, etc. Lo que me parecio horrible es la cama!!!. Tan dura que era mejor dormir sobre el piso. Parecia la cama de clavos de un faquir!!! Los resortes se notan cuando uno se acuesta y un dia amanecio con un moreton horrible en la cadera por dormir de lado. Todo lo bueno que tiene se pierde cuando uno se recuesta en la cama. Por otro lado yo iba a pagar con tarjeta de credito mi estadia de 3 noches, resulta que desde que llegue el dueño me dijo que solo aceptaba efectivo, que el posnet estaba roto y que no venis a arreglarselo pero yo creo que me mintio y que solo aceptaba efectivo. Recomiendo tener cuidado con eso.

Close to downtown, great caring staff, free wifi and affordable Although it did have ac you couldn't control the temperature so it was too cold for me. No fan, TV or pool. Also, the mattress was really hard.
