Patio, location good, good wifi, bikes to rent, close to avenida and local restaurants, safe to walk around neighbourhood.
Very inexpensive, coffee and fruit in am, nice staff
Neighborhood is run down and very noisy at night with barking dogs and buses, cars etc.
Large spacious room, Close to Main Street.
Dogs barked all night. Limited kitchen items for longer stay. $100/night for only ground floor room available to guest seemed expensive compared to our previous hotel in town.
Great location, great staff and very friendly. Were able to rent bikes for only 60 pesos a day. Rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Shower was amazing! The guy on front reception was so helpful and spoke great English. He recommended a great restaurant and gave lots of tips on things to do. Definitely would stay here again!
The only thing (very minor) is the bed was a bit hard but some people do prefer that. There was no bag storage room either.
This location was close to the Main Street. Everything you needed was close by
Nothing too crazy
The room was a great size for the value and included a kitchen and extra bed.
Nothing to complain about!
The staff were pleasant enough.
I checked out after 1 night as the place was depressing. The room was jaded and thrown together. The mattress was filthy and the pillows thin and lumpy.
-helpfulness of staff -only 4 blocks from main street -cook own meals -grocery stores steps away -safe setting for single female -a/c excellent -inexpensive yet huge room to exercise and dance in -privacy, no one could see in and watch all that dancing/exercising -a quiet haven away from the tourism madness that is the Mexican Riviera
-dogs barking next door continuously -two times I had to ask for more towels -smokers in the courtyard so I had to keep my door shut and stay inside
Jorge is very kind and helpful
the chambermaid is very respectless, enters the room without even knocking the surrounding is very loud the kitchen equipment is minimal
Great place to stay! Lovely staff and very reasonable rate!
Everything was great!
Noisy, cash payment up front, no recipt allthough we asked for one many times
Staff was very nice and helpful
The Room was in a very bad shape. Linen an kitchenette were dirty, showercurtain full of black spots and smelly. Hot water worked only sometimes. I could accept this for half of the prize per night but not like this.
We booked the room for 3 nights and stayed another 3. We checked in at 7 am, the man there was not prepared for us but gladly accepted us! He was so nice and caring! Our room was huge! With nicely equipped kitchen. We used it a lot! The hotel offers a bicycle for rent (60 mxn per day) t He hotel located in a very comfortable zone, 3 blocks from the main street, 10 min from a huge supermarket, 20 min on bice from the beach (or 7 $ away with taxi). We raelly enjoyed from the stay in the hotel! We realy recommend it!!
The a/c in our room was a little bit old and the shower curtain was stinky from cigarette smoke.. but biside that everything was lovely!
Nice hotel, we just slept there for doing scuba diving. Clean and have a full kithen
Everything was perfect. The cleaning, bed, kitchen!
Everything was prefect for us as a couple, except the AC that was noisy and not really work...
modest however very clean; good location for someone who prefers to stay within pueblo, beach within 4 miles distance, bikes available at a small price
birds- singing loud almost all nights long however beyond human powers of control really
Good roomsize Hot water Nice hosts Bikes for rent Clean and neat room
Kitchenette not really usable/functioning Very loud and ineffective A/C
The room was for the most part clean, and the a/c did keep the room fairly comfortable. I was able to use the WiFi with no problems and no extra charge. The room did have a refrigerator, cable television and a friendly owner and staff. If I was still a younger traveler the establishment would have been perfect. However at our age we do expect something a little better.
Be prepared for culture shock. The hotel is in an older neighborhood about 4 blocks from the main street. The rooms are small and the stove/oven unit is old and scary looking we did not attempt to light it or use it. It takes 3-4 minutes for hot water in the shower and as with most of Mexico do not expect a lot of water pressure
The kitchen amenities lacked. The condition of the pots was poor. They do not supply any washing liquid, sponges or dish clothes in the kitchen. One assumes they would be basic requirements and would be supplied, if they aren't going to supply basic cleaning items they should notify people on booking. Also they do not supply more toilet paper once the roll is used, again something to tell people on checkin. We were lucky we had our own, so we didn't get caught out. The air-conditioner was old, barely worked and was noisy.
quiet. easy access. walking distance to town center.
far from beach and ruins (3-5km). poor AC.
Good location, just off the main road so not noisy but close to all the shops and restaurants. Very kind man who made us feel very welcome and took care of everything we needed. Very clean with daily cleaning. We prolonged our stay twice. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
There were some cockroaches walking in our room. They came from the neighbours so the hotel can't help it, they try to keep it really clean.
The staff is really friendly, it's very clean, and there's a kitchenette. Great deal!
Our bed was really hard and difficult to sleep well on.
staff very friendly
hard to find. Location did not feel safe.
