El diseño del hotel es lindo, la vista y la vegetación excelente y la gente da un trato muy especial El precio esta un poco alto

Excelente servicio. No prometen lo que no tienen. Honestos. Desconocian que viajaba con niños y que su oferta incluia dos niños gratis de 12 años. No hubo problema una vez que le enseñe la reservación y condiciones.

Estuve dos noches, la señorita de la recepción no tenía idea de mi reservación, argumento que me haría un up grade, mentira, por el contrario, asi que la primera habitación que me dierón era más económica de la que yo pague, muy pequeña, junto a la calle, ruidosa y fea, me queje a la mañana siguiente y me hicierón el cambio a algo equivalente a lo que yo pague, no me ofrecierón una disculpa ni algo que compensará mi mala experiencia del 50% del tiempo de mi estadía ahí.

El concepto. la alberca climatizada y el spa aunque hay que cuidar el mantenimiento de los mismos. El uso de jabones orgánicos riquísimo!! La comida que es muy buena. El detalle en la atención para el festejo que se solicitó. No existe la presencia de ventiladores en las habitaciones y en los tapancos mejor iluminación. Colocar más ganchos para colgar la ropa. Mobiliario más cómodo.

Solo la tranquilidad de la zona. Casi todo, de todos los servicios que ofrecen solo el spa funciona al 100%. El Bar nunca stá abierto, el Restaurante No tienen disponibles todos los productos de su carta, el Temazcal no esta en servicio y la alberca está muy sucia.
