Every thing. Price. Bed was a comfortable king-size, pillows. Great shower. Very cozy room. Clean towels, no bugs. Coffee juice toast every morning included.all the staff was very nice and very helpful.we had a scooter and we were told to put it in the back not to leave it out on the road. The roof was very comfortable with a very small pool, bar ,i television great for the evenings. In front is the restaurant the food was beyond good, the smells were amazing to wake up to! We will be back !!
Nothing. It is in the town of Tulum so the beach is 20 minutes away.
The location in thr middle of the city
Low music till morning
Included breakfast could have been better for the price! It was like a hostel breakfast...
Central location, close to bus stop. Food is good, staff was great! For what you pay it's good.
If you're there for the beach then you will have to rent a bike, hike a good bit or do the taxis. Also it is on main ave. so traffic noise can be loud.
Air conditioner worked. Private bathroom. Bed was comfortable.
Shady activity in the courtyard. Hot water/tv intermittent. Wi-fi didn't work, but there was another network available (not the hotel's) that the employee knew the password for. The safe code was not cleared before I put my things in the safe, so the numbers I entered didn't open the safe. Was a hassle but resolved. Cash only. You cannot pay for your stay with your CC. Overall disappointment.
Pretty good location in town with bus station, restaurants, etc within walking distance. Their own cafe downstairs is quite nice. The room was nice & large.
We stayed here for one night only as we were catching a bus the next morning & to save a bit of money compared to where we were staying on the beach. In hindsight it didn't work out that much cheaper & was way nicer on the beach so wouldv'e stayed there an extra night instead. The pool was in such a state it couldn't be used so don't use this as a criteria for staying there.
Wifi was available in our room. The hotel is located in the center of Tulum city area, so it is close to the bus station and to various restaurants.
You can only pay in cash. The hotel is located next to a bar, so you can hear loud music and bass until early morning (very annoying). The room smells awful.
Dirty scruffy and run down. 1 stained towel for a triple room, which turned out to be 2 beds. Stained sheets. Leaky roof. Wet bed slippy floor and steps. Exposed electrics and torn cables in the wall where all the water ran. Asked to move room and were given towels to mop the floor. Noisy from 5.30every morning when the staff start in the kitchen below. Avoid if at all possible. Expensive.
Good location and reasonably comfortable
Arrived at the hotel and found out wifi wasn't available in the rooms. We weren't happy about this, as international travellers who have been away for a long time it was important we kept in contact with our families. The owner brushed off our complaints. Got to the room, used the sink to wash our hands and the water smelt awful. TV didn't work for us and had no remote, was quite high up so hard to navigate from the ground. We decided to find another place to stay, which we did. More facilities, less than half the price. Paid for the one night and we're absolutely shocked at the price. Being charged that much for a room you'd expect things to at least work. Definitely not worth it!
Location, resturant and food were great.
Hotel was very, very overpriced however it was peak season. Should cost <$40 USD per room.
