Quite around the pool during the day, outside noise sometimes at night. No facilities at all, this is really not a hotel but probably a good class motel. |

we had to pay in advance!!!!actually we have been asked to pay at 2:00 AM, after 1 full day of travelling....that was a bit harsh!! |

its position close toeverything and the peace and quiet once youwere inside the groundslike an oasis of calm it would benice to have a small communal lounge where guests could sit in the evening for a quiet drink and chat |

The room was nice but the nice room was totally ruined by the extremely loud hotel bar. We were kept awake until the early morning. |

Es muy silencioso y te proyecta mucha paz y tranquilidad, te inivta a estar mas tiempo ahi. Al personal le hace falta mas entrenamiento en atencion al husped, el servicio de la albaerca me gustaria que fuera de todo el dia y hasta madia noche. |

Mooie luxe huisjes midden in het bruisende playa del carmen. Dicht bij de zee, winkels en cafes. Door de ligging van de huisjes rondom t zwembad heeft t een rustige en gezellige uitstraling. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam. Ligt tegenover de megadisco, Coco Bongo. Ook al houdt je niet van disco is t echt een giga ervaring die je niet moet missen!Goed hotel midden in t centrum en 2 minuten van de zee! |

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. La struttura è nuova e lussuosa e al tempo stesso tradizionale e confortevole. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e attento. La colazione a buffet e alla carta è abbondante, anche se decisamente messicana-americana. La collocazione è super-stragica, in quanto è vicinissimo alla Quinta Strada e al mare e si trova sulla strada con i ristoranti e i club più belli ed esclusivi di Playa del Carmen (Dubai, Santanera, Blue Lobster, Les Danzantes, ecc.). Purtroppo, l'hotel si trova di fronte alla discoteca Coco Bongo e dietro una chiesa (che suona le campane ogni 15 minuti e le cui messe vengono diffuse tramite altoparlante!), cosa che a volte ha reso difficile il nostro riposo notturno e non. Le camere con il tetto a palapas, per quanto più romantiche e suggestive, sono scarsamente illuminate di notte. |

tout, il est au top. faire attention car il se trouve vraiment en plein centre ville, a 2 pas de la 5e et donc celon la saison il peut y avoir un peu de bruit. mais si vous etes jeunes et que vous voulez vous eclater, c'est le top. |
