Hammock on the balcony, concierge staff was very helpful and nice. The beds were very comfortable. There was no "guide" in the room informing guests of restaurants, bars, clubs, etc.

Vale o custo benefício! O hotel é simples, se comparado aos vários Resorts de Cancun, mas muito bonito. Muito próximo a área mais badalada de Playa del Carmen e muito bem centralizado, mas mesmo assim não tivemos incômodos com barulhos externos. Ideal para quem quer aproveitar passeios (parques Xcaret e Xel-ha, Tulum, Cozumel) pois estão mais próximos de Playa del Carmen. Além disto, não paga-se muito caro por um Resort quando a intenção é curtir as atividades fora do Resort. Não possui estacionamento. O café-da-manhã é servido em um Restaurante ao lado da Pousada, e é bem fraco, com poucas opções.

Nous étions un groupe d'age mur de 10 personnes, venu pour un mariage dans la ville de Playa del Carmen qui est trés trés bruyante!nous avons été enchanté par l'emplacement de cet hotel qui est un havre de paix, voire de paradis....le service est bien , et les installations parfaites : tres beau jardin, tres belle piscine: un sans faute! Contrairement à l'hotel basico ou étaient logés nos grands enfants

Hotel bem estiloso e bonito. Piscina bem legal. Cama bem confortável. A localização é muito boa, próximo à quinta avenida e próximo à praia. O hotel te oferece toalhas para levar à praia e também um voucher para utilizar a estrutura de outro hotel localizado a beira-mar sem precisar pagar pelas camas. O hotel fica próximo a algumas casas noturnas, pra quem tem dificuldade de dormir, pode ser um problema. Eu não me incomodei tanto. Achei que o banheiro estava com a parede um pouco suja, precisam melhorar isso, mas não é nada muito grave.

La ubicación y el trato del pesonal. No tienen restaurante ni lavandería, por lo que están sujetos a la calidad de servicio de proveedores externos que les quedan mal. Si buscas u hotel para descanso, definitivamente no es el adevcuado ya que se encuantra en una zona reodeado de bares y antros, sumamente ruidoso. El precio es demasiado alto para el tipo de hotel.

Su ubicacion es excelente, su arquitectura es romantica pero le faltan accesorios como un spa al aire libre, cerca de la piscina. El aseo de los cuartos es deficiente, poca limpieza en los baños y sabanas cortas. El desayuno es malo, debieran cambiar de proveedor. El area de playa es bueno, pero deben aclarar que atienden al magic a partir de las 11 de la mañana.(no antes).

El hotel que es muy sencillo y con muy bonitos jardines No tienen Internet. No tiene siempre agua caliente. El dia que uno llega le cobran toda la estadia, y si quieres hacer algun cambio en los dias de estadia en el Hotel, no lo puedes hacer en el Hotel. Tienes que hacerlo por medio de la internet, lo cual tampoco tienen. El desayuno es malo. No tienen tostadora para el pan, ni mantequilla solamente margarina. Realmente malo. Es una pena, que los dueños de este Hotel no se preocupen y si realmente quieren seguir en el negocio del turismo, tendran que preocuparse mas de lo que pasa en el Hotel.

Un sitio bonito para disfrutar de la pareja y Yempaparse de la vida social de playa del Carmen puesto que esta junto a las calles mas bulliciosas y comerciales del lugar lo malo es que la proximidad a dichas zonas dan ruido a las habitaciones si tu objetivo es descansar nuestra valoración es muy positiva ya que ambas cosas buscábamos y hemos conseguido un punto mas de simpatía hubiera sido importante. The pool area is nice and relaxing. The grounds are maintained nicely and very tropical. Very noisy on side of hotel facing street, had read comments from other travelers and requested room in other side of hotel but they could not not arrange that for unknown reasons. Could hear music from clubs down the street through the night till 5am and the taxi drivers lined up picking passengers as well as noisy revelers leaving the clubs. Also on nights when the hotel bar was playing music could hear that as well. When I checked in they claimed the noise was only on the first two front rooms but not true! For this reason I would not recommend this hotel unless you plan to stay up partying all night. I would stay again if they would guarantee a room on the quiet side of the facility but you prob would have to call them a book a room on the phone vs online. Bathroom has a shower that backs up and sink did not drain well. Other than that good value for the 159 per night.

La piscine etait tres belle. La decoration de lhotel etait magnifique. Le ptit plus pour le lecteur dvd dans la chambre. Les megots de cigarette sur la terrasse a notre arrivee.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, de kamer ook zeer proper en mooi. Het was een beetje jammer dat magic blue niet over een eigen restaurant beschikte en dat onze "superior" room gelegen was op een kruispunt van twee drukke straten, waardoor het mooie houten (niet geisoleerde) dak veel lawaai doorliet... gelukkig hadden we wel oordopjes bij.
