The garden is beautifull. It has a swimming pool. Rooms have airconditioning. Helpfull staff. Close to the airport.

About the second 'B'; there is no Breakfast! Even no Coffee. The swimming pool was empty. Our GPS didnt know the adress, make sure you print a map.

People were staying there from all over the world. I enjoyed meeting every one of them.

    I had to leave.

I booked the hotel thinking that being 10minutes from the airport it'd be a good choice. The owner wanted $25 US for a ride of just 2 miles. Re booked in downtown Cancun instead and took the public bus for pence.

The staff were very friendly, offered me lots of drinks and took me to the beach. The guests there were interesting and open minded people. Air conditioning.

Bed bugs. Lots of bugs, lots of bites. Was extremely difficult to find, and although it was maybe 10 minutes from the airport in Bonfíl, the shuttles and taxis at the airport tried to charge me between $30- $60 us to get there. Dont take the shuttles, theyre all liars. B&B was located in a very 'local' area far from any amenities. Staff were quite disorganized. Good for the low price, but try not to expect much.

    Not much

Middle of nowhere. Sheets were dirty. Fortunately our flight was 6.5 hours late. We had intended to laze about the pool all afternoon but it turned out to be green anyway.

I only need a place to sleep before going to the airport early the next morning. The staff was wonderful, kind, & caring people. It was a neat old time hotel feeling type of place.

The neighborhood, no stores or food places nearby. Large Red ants inside the room & bathroom were not good at all.

I loved the hosts - they were fantastic. The price was fantastic. Location was just fine for our needs as we needed to be close to the airport. Would go again for sure. We really enjoyed our time at the mansion and they were absolutely amazing hosts. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay.

There were a ton of bugs - but it's mexico and they keep the windows open so it's expected, but not ideal. They weren't dirty by any means, it was more environmental. The pool wasn't as clean as it should be for use and the towels really need upgrading. The cab driver didn't know how to find the location but for us location was ideal. If booking on booking.com you must make sure they get your booking. We booked last minute and they didn't have us in the system by the time we got there.

Quiet plAce. Nice building. Cheap place.

The place seems dead. No shops around. no breakfast on Sunday (?). The pool was a mosquito hornet and seemed abandoned.

This hotel did not honour the price I booked at through booking.com and after I contacted them to cancel still charged me via your website as a "no show". Once I get back from my on the road travels I will endeavor to get my money back as they sent me an email confirming that the price I booked was not available. This is a terrible system if one has to pay even though the hotel does not honour the prices after I contact them. Colin hickie

Very strange, not easy to find, dirty. Our room was full of ants... Once a beautiful building, but now... everywhere you see something strange. What is this? Not a hotel. No credit cards accepted. Maybe it's the best idea not to stay here... Take another hotel! We left the building after seeing all the horror!

After I made a mistake and failed to notice and send a deposit to confirm my reservation, I showed up at Mansion Giahn and there were no rooms available. The owner and his wife unselfishly gave up their room to make us happy and they departed to stay in a nearby hotel. Needless to say they are very very gracious people. The mansion has a nice comfortable feeling. It's clean and rooms open to a large open center atrium sitting area. The owner (a former musician) and his wife enjoyed my girlfriend playing a keyboard that was located in the atrium area. There is a common kitchen area available for use to the guests, and bottled water is provided. The free parking is secure on property. One block away is a food stand that provides excellent cultural food at a low price. It must be good, it's where the police go to eat. The staff works hard to make your stay pleasant. I think you will find the online description to be accurate and the accommodations to be an excellent value.

Do bring towels as mentioned in the rental description. I would also recommend rolling up a thin foam bed topper to bring in your luggage. I used bungee cords to make it tight. I used it here and at other accommodations in the Yucatan and it made all my nights sleep very comfortable.

We had a very huge room and a big bathroom for 3 people. Jossi (the owner) is a very nice and sympathic guy and helped us with lots of information.

Farer away from beaches and Cancún centre but we had a car, so it was no problem.
