Upon arrival to the time we departed the Hotel facilities and the staff were magnificent. Friendly, helpful, courteous, polite; the list goes on. I would certainly stay there again and will highly recommend my friends and family do if they decide to visit Mexico.
I can't think of anything I didn't like. It was just a superb holiday and I have no complaints whatsoever.
it was a great place plenty to do the service was excellent the staff were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble
Everything about the hotel is great. The architecture, the service, the food. The staff could not have been more helpful. Some speak good English and menus are provided in English if requested. The hotel interior is magnificent and our room was spacious and comfortable.
The noise from the street can be excessive at night. Not the fault of the hotel and they have tried to minimise it with extra glazing panels in some rooms Rooms away from the main road are quieter.
This is a great option. It has a beautiful internal courtyard and a good restaurant with wine options AND good coffee. Plus the best shower in Mexico.
The only thing missing was a hairdryer... But it's a small thing.
The location is very good, nearby a lot of historical buildings, good restaurants and shops.
A very good staff Service ,the location perfect for visiting & sight seeing every place, Everything in the hotel was Excellent.
Beautiful interior courtyard with rooms opening on to the balcony though tall French doors. Very comfortable beds, good air conditioning
Rooms very comfortable and nicely appoint but small - tiny shower might not accommodate a large person. One has to turn on the lights with room key card. All electricity goes off when you remove it to turn out the lights, so you can`t charge phone overnight
Great location, nice rooms, good wifi. Very friendly personnel in the restaurant.
I booked a junior suite and was given a regular room on arrival (without any explication whatsoever). I asked for a change after seeing the room and did receive the suite after a while, but it wasn't a particularly pleasant experience (and other guests had similar issues at the same time).
The hotel is built in a beautiful old house.
2nd stay here. Great facilities and location. Good value for the money. Friendly staff. Free valet parking.
everything was good food, place, people and the hotel is nice so I stay there next time I trip to Morelia mexico
Beautiful hotel in great location.
Walls are paper thin, I could hear the man in the next room snoring. The hotel has a beautiful patio in its interior which they completely ruin by projecting soccer matches in a giant screen at full volume. Cold water ran out in the middle of my taking a shower. Staff is attentive but inexperienced. They had a press conference in the patio for a political party (PAN) and going thru it was difficult.
Staff was friendly and very helpful. Great shower with lots of water. Good products. Replenished soap & water every day. Comfortable beds and good sized room
Highly recommend it was a really lovely place, perfect location would love to stay there again.
Location, close to downtown; facilities are very nice, pineapple jam served at breakfast is excelent as well as the rest of the meals offered for breakfast.
The rooms that face the street are very noisy; the front desk staff took long time to find our booking; parking lot is blocks away from the hotel and the hotel closes at night which makes troublesome to check in at night.
Location, beautiful building, and lovely room
Internet did not work in our room, ever. We needed to sit in the hallway or downstairs to get a signal.
Accomdations were excelent so too for handicap axcess .location ideal for walking to all areas of historical interest I wanted to see.staff very attentiv left nothig to be desired.a thoroughlysatisfying exprience
Wide bed, nice mansion with dedicated staff
Breakfast a la carte only
The hotel is very clean and attractive. The location is excellent. Right in the center of the city - 1 1/2 blocks from the cathedral but still fairly quiet.
The rooms are very small. As an example - they put about 6 pillows on the bed, once you remove them to sleep and put them on the floor - there is no space to walk. Also the service is less than perfect. Not really bad - just a little sloppy.
