nice atmosphere, staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant on site - menu not too extensive, but the food was quite good, remote for a/c, fly nets, public areas design, pool

We really liked the friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Loved the that the place was very CLEAN and very fashionable. Also love the king bed, was so comfortable, I wanted to take it home :-) Just that the toilet seats were loose.

The location is ideal. Close to the center but far enough away to be quiet at night. Nice pool and staff were friendly and very helpful. Has free parking on site which is a plus too. We would stay here again. Towels were worn out and really small.

Breakfast. Nice pool. Fast internet close to the routers but poor internet in the room due to the thick walls. Surprised to be asked for tips at breakfast but maybe that is normal in Mexico. Poor internet in the room due to thickness of walls (but excellent internet close to routers).

Central location with a lovely, small pool. Excellent value for money. Very helpful receptionists. A couple of plates in our kitchenette would have been good!

Large, modern rooms. Lovely pool. Watch the waiters at the restaurant. Keep an eye on the bill. However, did inform the manager and hopefully the problem will be solved shortly.

Hotel Maria Jose' is clean, comfortable and a great value for the money, However, the staff far outshines all the other great qualities of Hotel Maria Jose'. They are supportive, attentive, and professional yet, friendly, making one feel "at home".

nice pool, a lot of light in our room. we booked a kitchenette of which mainly the fridge was a big advantage when we stayed, other guests were very noisy, quite a walk to the centre, reception administration could be better, towels not always replaced.

Es barato y la conexión wifi iba bastante bien. Está cerca de la plaza central y de Santa Lucia, donde tocaron musica en directo la noche que estamos. Es un hotel para visitar la ciudad, no es un hotel para turistas propiamente dicho. Y la ciudad en general no nos gustó demasiado, Valladolid es mucho mas bonito y tranquilo que Mérida.

me gustó mucho la amabilidad del personal. Hubo un problema con un tour y ellos lo arreglaron de inmediato. Las habitaciones son amplias y cerca de la piscina la señal wifi estupenda. La comida del restaurant es muy sabrosa la piscina produce algo de ruido al limpiarla y también a veces asearon las habiaciones muy tarde, lo que produce ruido innecesario

La struttura semplice ma carina, la posizione delle camere, che si affacciano nel cortile interno dove è posizionata una piscina molto comoda, per rinfrescarsi dopo le escurzioni.

El personal, tan amable, y la localización. Demasiado RUIDO evitable: - hacen la limpieza de pasillos y piscina por la noche y ¡hay que oir el motor de la piscina despues de las 12 de la noche! - los motores de la cocina y el aire acondicionado retumban toda la noche. Las CAMARISTAS, ni limpian ni hacen la cama .

Personnel efficace. Situation de l'hotel a 10 minutes à pied du centre ville. Parking de l'hotel. Piscine agreable pour les enfants. WI FI trés bien. Petit dejeuner pas trés copieux.
