Internet not working properly. keeps getting cut-off. We were charged for the two minors while the Booking.com told us that we only have to pay for two adults. Staffs not very nice.
Bed bugs were so bad we had to leave. Over 200 bites
The location is right on the main avenue through the hotel zone so there are lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. The hotel is on the beach so ideal for taking long walks in the morning.
The room had a strong musty smell even thought there was no carpet or signs of mould. Somehow the front desk mistakenly cancelled our reservation but managed to figure it out and accommodated us. The pool area is rather drab and could use a little updating.
Hotel is located near some very good restaurants, and even the hotel restaurants is decent. The hotel is right on the beach, although the waves in this part of Manzanillo are rough. The hotel was not at full capacity so it was a very laid back atmosphere. One of the beds was fine, the other had a mattress that was a bit worn.
We had to ask for extra towels even though the hotel should have been aware that our booking was for 2 adults + 2 children. Even though the hotel was not at full capacity, they ran out of beach/pool towels and when asking for towels, we had to argue with the staff to get towels for the kids.
We had enjoyed the pool side area n d beach together at d same time..so dat was d best part of d property n d ac was workin so it was also needed as d water to drink is needed n for d climate lik manzanillo..
Firstly d staff workin in d restaurant n in d front desk was nt at al helpful n moreovr dey were kind of rude..n den d menu card fr d food lik breakfast n lunch didn hav so many options n didn taste also good.. we were in pool once n dere we ordered som drinks n snacks n den d next day dey only served d drink n refused to serve d food which was weird.. n v guys speak english n knowin dat also d staff didn help us wit somone who speaks english althou day had ppl lik dat.. so it was bad n rude
clean, pool was clean and sitting area shaded. right off the beach. easy to take the bus outside of hotel to other beaches
staff was OK. power went out while using our blow dryer. restaurant was less then desirable. there was a bush outside of our bedroom balcony door that was filled with flying insects. they could have sprayed. we were bitten all over our legs and arms
I liked that it was very relaxing. There wasn't anybody bothering while you were at the pool.
My room had a weird smell to it.
right on lovely Playa Azul, Manzanillo. Our room was simple but comfortable on the same level as the pools, which were very good. The beach was great for a long walk and watching the fishermen in the morning.
Location and price Good food, friendly staff
Beds a little hard. Weak wi fi in room
the onsite restaurant, the balcony, the helpful staff, the warm feel of the room, the location on the beach
the wi-fi spotiness and slowness, the TV was useless in its location and lack of HDMI connection, the hard bed
