24 hour security was very classy. The staff all around smiled and provided a very professional atmosphere. For the fair price this place gets a five star rating in my books. I'm a country boy ay heart. I prefer off the beaten trail. Although for a large city Cancun was worth the visit.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is professional, and it is very close to everything. Wifi service is free but is not that great...works on and off.

Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. Me gustaron las instalaciones del gimnasio y piscina. La ubicación es muy adecuada para hacer compras en el centro de Cancún y para ir a la playa el hotel ofrece transporte en determinadas horas. El personal de limpieza es muy amable, sin embargo el personal de recepción a veces es un poco grosero. Cuando llegué había un olor muy feo en la habitación, el primer día se tapó la cañería de la pileta donde uno se lava las manos y aunque arreglaron ese problema el mal olor que salía de los desagües siempre estaba presente, sobre todo luego de una ducha.

Laubicación y tienes buen conceotp, mas no saben mantenerlo, sucio, poco personal y algo descuidado Pasillos sucios, la calidad de todo el piso del hotel es mala, solo 1 elevador y aveces no funciona, pasaban hasta 2 dias y no limpieza del gym

la posizione centrale adatta per tutti gli spostamenti per le varie destinazioni.. la discoteca di fronte l'hotel,che suona a ritmi pazzeschi tutte le notti,fino la mattina ore 5,incredibile!!!!
