La cortesia, la pulizia, l'ubicazione centrale ma tranquilla, Se dovessi ritornare a Cancun lo sceglierei nuovamente.

La piscina bella nelle foto e al reale purtroppo l'ubicazione, circondata dai muri dell'H e di altre costruzio ni,non consente l'arrivo dei raggi solari.

Ottima la posizione per prendere il bus presso la stazione ado. Ottima colazione (sia americana che dolce), camera spaziosa e fresca. Letto molto confortevole.

Il bagno

La comodita della camera con due letti alla francese e la colazione anche se quest'ultima, data per inclusa, in realta si ha diritto solo a quella continentale (pane e caffe o latte) Se prendi quella a buffet ti presentano dopo il conto senza che nessuno ti avvisi prima della differenza. Buona la piscina anche se piccola.

La poca pulizia del bagno, la zona in cui si trova, piena di ristoranti di scarsa struttura e poco bella. Internet non si prendeva dalla stanza ma solo dalla hall dell'hotel

Nice hotel, modern, clean and with all the comforts.

The guy at reception was too slow and when we arrived the hotel didn't have the reservation from booking.com. Luckily they had availabilities and we could get the rooms that we required.

Terrible customer service! I paid an extra 12 dollars for breakfast each day. For the first three days we didn't eat breakfast. They told my mom that we only paid for continental breakfast which was a piece of toast and a juice. Finally, we got it sorted out. I never asked for my money back. On the last night we were there my credit card stopped working at the local atms. I went to the desk and begged them for just a sandwich or cheese quesadilla for my mother to eat for medical reasons. They would not aaccommodate. I got mad because they had 36 dollars of unspent breakfast money due to their mix up. We spent the next 4 hrs trying to search out someway to getmoney for food. Finally we were wired money. What makes it that much more pathetic is if my mom had been diabetic, she could have died and it would have been due to a lack of customer service. Fail. Stay at las pearls imperial instead. This hotel is not in the hotel zone, and every night the bars played music so loud we started calling it club Ramada.

We ended our trip here, and found it very convenient. We turned in our rental car and walked to nearby restaurants and markets, and it was an easy trip to the airport. Hotel amenities were great.

The decor is sterile. It feels like a hospital. Staff were rather abrupt in their communication style, in contrast to the rest of our trip. This is not a place to soak in Mexican culture - merely a convenient place to sleep.

Near ADO station just walk 10 mins and many cheap restaurant you can find near hotel. Staff are nice and friendly . Kindly to solve any room probelms. The buffet breakfast is good and friendlyreasonable ,it's only pay the difference 30 MXN per person

The shower water very cold , i asked for staff to check .They are so efficiency to check . But can't to solve . The wifi connection is not stable

Looks better and comfortable then an average mexican 4* hotel. Close to the bus station for 1day trips and for night life. Cheap. Nice gym. We did not take breakfast but several good places around the hotel to eat anytime.

Staff can hardly speak english. They are changing money but sometimes they have not enough cash even for 50eur. Far from the beaches

Ac too high when we get into the room

The hotel was nice, clean and tidy. Big beds and pretty bathroom. You could choose buffet if you wantet to pay a little extra. We wanted to check out earlier, and got our money back from the days we should have stayed there.

The pregnant woman in the reception was really not a service person. The swimmingpool never had sun. The hotel was in downtown, where it`s nothing to do. There was no coffee in the room. And the free transportation to the beach they tell about on the booking, is only at 10 and 12pm, and is full all the time. And home from the bach its 1530.

Good location - close to bus station. Lots of good food choices around. The tourists at the hotel seemed to be of similar type to us - travellers who want privacy but are interested in exploring cancun. Large diversity of travellers from around the world. Felt safe.

The hallway noise at night was quite bad. The doors are not sealed to the floor, so people noisily coming/leaving late at night would wake us up. The street noise was tolerable in comparison. Bathrooms were quite small, but clean. Wifi could be spotty.

The experience was not fortunate at all. To start with, they did not have any information about our reservation. They asked for the reservation number and still no clue. After several minutes they asked about the room fee and the number of nights (basically, they were making the reservation again). I had to give my credit card and they asked for my email to send me further information, since I had to leave the hotel the day after and before the manager's arrival. A day after I received the first email where they were asking for the proof of my booking (again).Finally they told me that the payment was not made via ebooking and that they had just charged me with another fee (higher) , which does not match with the booking I made! I am still trying to correct this issue with the hotel. The aftertaste from this experience is a feeling of being tricked to provide my credit card with lies in order to facilitate me a room to stay, which was unrespectfully charged with another fee. I do not think that as costumers we had to waste all this time trying to arrange a payment which has to be simple using internet.

Ramada Cancun City is centrally located and ideal for us as we wanted to travel by bus to our next destination (bus station is about 1 km away).

Breakfast is included, however you are only allowed to sweet bread, coffee/tea and a juice (from the machine). All items from the buffet are charged against an extra fee. Would have preferred no breakfast, instead of being happy with a minimum choice of the large buffet.

Nice clean hotel beside a few excellent restaurants and bars. It does a daily shuttle bus to the hotel zone and is an excellent value for money location. Staff very friendly.

Not much selection for breakfast we had breakfast included in our package but still had to pay 50 pesos each every day to get the buffet. otherwise we could only have coffee/tea with bread which was just cakes not exactly breakfast food.

Everything looked shiny and new - a modern, western-style hotel. Staff were friendly. Secure parking. Location was good for us as we didn't want to stay in the Zona Hotelera. Breakfast was good if a little over- priced. The IberoStar staff member who helped us in the lobby was excellent and went above and beyond to help us out.

Wifi did not immediately work in room and the staff seemed impotent to help, other than reseting the server. After connecting in the lobby I was able to maintain the connection in the room, however the same issue arose later and I had to to rinse and repeat. The room smelled mouldy, which was surprising for such a modern-seeming hotel. It seemed to be coming from the aircon, so we left it off and slept with the window open, however the smell was also in the bedclothes. If parking, you need to ask the security guard to unlock the gate for you each time you need to access the car.

Price and decent location. Its a 7 min walk to the ADO bus stop. 52 Pesos from Airport to ADO bus stop. You can negotiate Taxi from Hotel to Airport for $20 usd. Buffet Breakfast is good. My price included only toast, coffee, and juice. I was charged extra 50 Pesos ( never got a receipt for it) for full buffet. Price of tours are cheaper outside hotel as well. This is a very clean hotel. Internet was decent- free WIFI...

Flooring is ceramic tile. I was on the 3rd floor. The 4th floor guest came in late at night and I could hear the back and forth walking. Also the walls are super thin. There is a gap between the door and floor. There is no noise barrier. Views are bit on the ugly side. HINT: request a 4th floor room !!! End of Hallway....

This is a business hotel in downtown Cancun (not to be confused with Cancun beach resort a few miles away). Stayed one night on a flight stopover between Mexico City and London. Hotel very handy for the bus station and transfer to and from the airport. Room was fine. Hotel has a pool and gym. Also several reasonable restaurants nearby.

Check in was a confused shambles which caused some irritation. Also breakfast included we were informed was 'continental' which could be upgraded to the more extensive 'buffet' for a fee. This was not clear when we booked and quite unusual in my experience.

we had a tour leaving from this hotel that was the reason we stayed. We were happy with our stay, everything was really good and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the pool was great and the food was pretty good too. The shuttle to and from the hotel zone daily was an unexpected bonus.
