The hotel offers a lot for the money, has pool small garage if you are lucky enough to catch a spot, hotel is in the main square and located close to restaurants and shoppings. Buffet breakfast was excellent, and I mean that! Staff very friendly, we spoke spanish so did not have a communication barrier.

Everything is grossly outdated! Mirror frames rusted, rooms were probably painted over 10 years ago, and the biggest one: be sure you check the ac and or the ceiling fan before you accept the room! After the first night we had to change the room, my wife slept well but i could not sleep all night, the ac was loud as an airplane engine and it did not blow anything but warm air. The ceiling fan we had had only one speed and that was super super fast to the point that i was afraid it was going to fly out of the room. The last morning we took a continental breakfast that was supposed to be covered by the hotel, they made us pay 100 mexican dollars for all kinds of reasons that did not make any sense. That was like 10 dollars, not a big deal but that was not supposed to happened so we left with a sour taste in our mouth. After 3days of praising the staffs good service.

Place looks tired and although there is a good size pool there is no facility to lounge around it.

I liked this hotel becuaes it was right next to the zocalo,the cathedral,the John Vaner folk museum,and also close to the bus station. Vallodidad is not too far from Chichen Itza so I was able to take an ADO bus to Chichen early enough to not be crowded by other tourists and the midday heat.

There is a mistake on booking... The price includes taxes and city taxes...it was a good surprise. The hotel is on the main plaza...

The rooms areat my point of wiew not enough dark...and as situated around the swimming pool they can be a little bit noisy during some hours but only during the day...But the hotel is a very good value for money in Valladolid....and is a good option.

This hotel was very easy to find, and had a superb location in bella Valladolid- especially if you are planing to visit Chichen Itza, the cenotes and Izamal. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms wore clean.

We booked and received confirmation of our booking. When we arrived after long bus trip..they had no room for us and put us in dirty hotel down the street. Not a Happy New Years experience.

The location was unsurpassable - right on the central town square. Parking onsite only while checking in, then secure (?) parking around the block for your stay.

We had two beds squeezed into a room which would have been well filled by one bed. The tv shelf was so low that we had to hang a towel off the corner to stop ourselves banging our heads as we passed. We ran our of hot water halfway through the second shower. Smoking was permitted around the pool in the central courtyard. Breakfast buffet was far from the best of our vacation and we ended up having only fruit for breakfast.

It looked good on the outside but the room was terrible. No hot water in the shower and the sink did not work. The sheets were worn and as thin as toilet paper. The television did not work. The air conditioning was loud and rattled and when it wasn't running you could hear the ac in the next room clanging. The walls were paper thin and it was noisy all night. It is definitely not a luxury hotel although when you enter the front door it looks like one. The price was high For the quality and when I arrived they attempted to charge me double the price I had booked it for. I am a savvy traveler and have stayed in low cost motels from Spain to Santa fe and this one was the worst.

The best position of the city and the possibility to have a place where to park the car. The style is pretty.

The room and all the hotel is very old and noisy and there's an evident lack of maintenance. The breakfast is poor and the wi fi line is weak at the first floor. The personnel is participative but not well prepared as expected from a four star hotel.

Obliger de rajouter 50 pesos/pers pour acceder au buffet malgré le petit dej inclus dans la réservation (cependant très bon). La chambre n'était finalement pas conforme à notre réservation (bain spa...on a eu une douche...écran plat... éCran cathodique...)

Habitación muy pequeña, camas y almoadas pésimas, cortinas en mal estado, muebles del baño de baja calidad, en general muy ruidoso y no se puede descansar. La verdad deja mucho que desear para las 3 estrellas con el que está clasificado.

El servicio del personal es muy bueno, la ubicación y el costo de la habitación fueron inmejorables. El desayuno era muy bueno aunque no probamos otras comidas. Utilizamos el parqueo para el auto, lo cual fue un punto muy positivo.

Es muy ruidoso porque la habitación que nos asignaron estaba al lado de la calle y había mucho tránsito hasta altas horas de la noche. No obstante, nos gustó mucho su ubicación en el centro de la ciudad con todos los servicios a mano.
