It was on the main street, close to the beach and many restaurants in all directions. The staff were helpful.
As a solo guest , staff at reception were more than kind to me, they would not let me taxi anyplace on my own and arranger my transport back to Airport at 4.30 am Thank you so much Carlos .
Great staff, looked after us, very friendly, Julio was so helpful and genuinely caring. Location is amazing and so close yet so quiet you wouldn't know your near a lot of clubs
Position in the middle of the central street of the town
Rooms on thr groud floor face on the corridor. Rooms have no window, they are sticky, dirty, no hot water, a lot of noise, there was so much humidity that the bed seemed to be wet!!!!!!!!! A nightmare!
Front desk clerk was very nice.
Great location on 5th Ave
Hotel did not have running water for an entire day
Room like a cell Room smelled of damp Bathroom was dirty (mould in places) Room was unwelcoming Lighting exaggerated all the bad features (it was too bright)
Budget hotel with nice courtyard, excellent place.
Internet was not stable.
very dirty，shower head is broken，toliet is broken，hot water is poor, bed is wet, Wifi is super slow, charge me 250 dollars per day, only worth 30 dollars actually. I will never ever come here again!
very friendly staff, excellent location
rooms had small windows, room had a mouldy smell. People talking loud outside the rooms in the courtyard.
As soon as we arrived at the hotel we knew we made a mistake. The room had an awful look/smell. Thr bathroom was clearly a laundry room in the past. The hotel needs to invest more in decoration and facilities. It has great location, thats all.
Central PdC is a noisy place this hotel didn't suffer as much from it as others I saw must do despite being in the thick of it. Staff seemed nice and friendly.
Very basic breakfast of just toast and cereal with coffee small choice of 2 herbal teas. Room a bit run down, not what I'd expect from a 3 star hotel - the minimal requirements met in a lacklustre fashion.
Location was gr8. A good budget place to stay and Carlos at reception was extremely helpful.
The mix up with their wholesalers prices on line. The price upon arrival was totally different, more expensive ... Some appropriate liaising with their wholesalers would be beneficial.
Shower took forever to get hot. Towel rail fell of the wall with a slight touch. Could hear the base from a nearby nightclub so not a good choice if you are a light sleeper.
Location was perfect, on Avenida 5 which is the main street for eateries, shopping etc and a block walk to the wonderful beach. Carlos, at reception, was extremely helpful and courteous in regards to a bit of a problem with the booking. For me it was good value for money for what I needed.
Staff could be a wee bit more vigilant with cleaning, just a wee bit :) and breakfast presentation needs a bit of effort ....
wonderful staff..attentive...kind...pleasant...helpful good continental breakfaston 5th ave. convenient to beaches and clubb, shopping, eateries etc.
moldy bathroom drains, mildew odors in clossetes and dressers, see-through curtains, leaks, missing toilet seat, old drab furnature, unclean and smelly frige
It was cheap
Heavy old and noisy AC, mosquitoes, poor maintenance - taps did not work, breakfast was ok but uninspiring
Good location for day time and walking around. One staff member was friendly. The room had working air con.
Bad location for night time. The noise from bars and clubs nearby is so loud you will not be able to sleep even with earplugs. My bed sheets had marks on them and the pillow smelt really bad. The pool is tiny and dirty. My room was right near reception so everyone kept walking past which wasn't a problem but the curtain being 3/4 the size of the window was a problem as everyone could see in.
Location was in the middle of the city so didn't have to travel far to see all. All the buildings were the older colonial style so they were very beautiful to see
Clerk lost my reservation and was moved to a "better" room so they wouldn't issue a discount... The "better room had mold on the walls and the a/c had an inch thick of dust in the filters and when brought to the managers attention they just said. "Well that's what they are there for is to catch the dust". The internet router wouldn't work far enough down to my room and so I had to go sit at the end of the hall to have ANY internet service. The refrigerator and tv didn't work in the room they put me in when I first got there
The hotel was at an excellent location
I wasn't able to use wifi
Very weak internet.
We just did a short stopover in that hotel to get a grasp of the city. For our further nights we had a much better hotel in town.
Pool was very tiny and dirty - no way to use it. Rest of the facilities were okay, the room a bit small.
The staff is good
Rooms with toiletts leaking. Problems witc cable tv.Bulb lights broken. No curtain shower. No mirror at bathroom.
This is a budget motel at best
