Hotel Maya Bric    

Good, clean, basic room with hot water. Staff was friendly and the breakfast included was good. No complaints. I would have liked a refrigerator in the room, but not absolutely necessary. Good location and my room was in the back and 3rd floor - so no noise as long as you ran the ceiling fan and air conditioner.

Towels were really thin. Could update their towels and buy some new ones. Also, safe in my room was broken and couldn't use it.

We loved our quiet room right down the back on the top floor. Loads of room and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Wifi existed in our room but it wasn't great- slow and unreliable.

It was the perfect hosting in playa del Carmen . The staff was very kind and nice! The rooms were nicely dercorated. And also very clean..! We have been there and backed after two weeks to finish the vacation I'm Maya brick .. :)

Perfect place for young travelers looking to travel on a tight budget. The location is premium, right on 5th Ave in the middle of all the fun, and a block away from the beach! The place is simple, but neat and cozy. If you are looking for Luxury, look somewhere else - but this place provides a nice central location to start your day and come home to at night. Rooms are air conditioned, and kept clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast is more than enough to get your day started.

We were prepared to have limited amenities, so these are not negatives so much as just observations. The beds are a bit hard, but honestly it was a great night sleep, back felt great. The tv's are a bit small - but who watches tv on vacation anyway? Other than that everything was great.

loved the hotel.all of the staff were fantastic The buffet breakfast was delectable..beautiful courtyard, pool was great with palapas,loungers,tables and umbrellas. super location. just loved it and would stay there again and also would recommend.

We enjoyed the staff, and the actual hotel rooms were fine. The breakfast was terrific.

The location is right downtown Playa and extremely noisy from the street noise. Also, you couldn't use the pool most of the day as the hotel rents it out for scuba lessons. Also, they were under construction at the hotel and there was constant banging on the walls of our room. No consideration was given to hotel guests for this. I would think they could have done their construction during the off season instead of early March.

Situated in a very noisy, party area. Noisy until early morning. Good for partyers, not people who want a good night's sleep.

Very nice designed, modern and clean place in the heart of Playa del Carmen for a very good price-performance-ratio. 3 minutes walk to main beach, thousands of restaurants, shops etc in direct neighborhood. Good breakfast, nice and helpful staff. Wifi was strong enough to reach our room.

Due to the location in the center it can be a bit noisy in the evening/ at night, restaurants and bars a quite close and you can hear live music etc from these places in the rooms.

Great breakfast and wonderful cook and waitress. Great location near beach, rooms were clean, showers worked fine as did air conditioning. Great value and nice people.

The location is perfect (if nightlife doesn't bother you, it didn't bother me). The staff super friendly. The breakfast very good. The rooms are ok.

The free wi-fi in the lobby (it could be in all the common areas). The towels should be changed/washed by request only and I'd appreciate a better quality.

Breakfast is excellent regarding the quality of the hotel as well as the location as it is located in the middle of everything.

The room condition is very poor and dirty. Its ok for 1 or 2 night stay but if you want to spend a week there, try to find another place.

Beds were hard, pillows were small. Tv was small. Pool had scuba divers in it. Pool area small but maybe people go to the beach. Could hear loud music at night, all night. Air conditioner did not work the last two days, they said they reprogramed it but did not bother to check it. Came up and said a part needed to be replaced. But it was to late by then. Maybe if they had bother to check it or the maid would have wondered why it was so hot in there.
