Didn't know it was a "party" hotel..music blaring all night long..had to have the air condition on all night which drowned out the music from the Club, but was freezing..didn't sleep and tried to relax by the pool the next morning only to have to deal with morning music blaring from a hotel room Filled with a bunch of guys..when we checked out, we complained about all the noise and we were told that's because it's a party hotel..btw, not sure if early 50's is considered a "mature adult"

Lo mejor sin duda la amabilidad y la profesionalidad de todo el personal.

No derian llamar "Suite Junior" o Petite a habitaciones normales en tamaño en otros hoteles. Genera expectativas y malentendidos cuando abres la puerta.

Rien ! C est pitoyable, avis aux prochains ne tombez pas dans le piége de cet hotel au demeurant beau sur les photos et désué en vrai !!! Passez votre chemin .....

La vocation première d un hotel et de permettre aux gens de dormir , là on fait tout le contraire ! Si c était bien encore on pourrait dire bravo , mais non c est N U L !

Volume musica troppo alto e musica sempre martellante da mezzogiorno in poi sino a oltre mezzanotte dal giovedì al sabato. Sembrava di essere in discoteca. Ospiti alquanto grezzi. Adatto per single alla ricerca incontri free

Me gusto la ubicacion

No me gusto que cerraran la alberca grande e hiceran un tipo disco en la que te cobaban el camastro y una botella y no solo era para los huespes sino que podian entrar todos y la alberca chica no tiene los suficientes camastros con sobrillas para los demas y esto lo hace jueves, viernes y sabado.

Great for partying, lots of fun. Amazing food and drinks. Stunning views and lovely hotel.

Staff treated you like criminals and the food prices were ridiculous. $10Us for a bottle of water.

Cannot beat the location: right on the beach with a very nice view.

Music by the pool area...if you are looking for peace and quiet...this is not the hotel for you. Also what the hotel describes as "ocean front suites" are just regular rooms with a very nice view. Finally, the staff is very nice...they do their best but the hotel falls very far from being the standard they advertise.

Tried to over charge us on everything, very inconsistent policies, wouldn't let us bring our own water bottles into the hotel, very small rooms

Adorei o astral do lugar , animado , visual maravilhoso . Música nos ambientes e principalmente na piscina traz um ambiente alegre e agradável . O atendimento da equipe e o Staff é mto reforçado e atencioso .

Apesar da boa manutenção , vale uma modernização dos quartos para ficar compatível com o nível do lugar que é fantástico , bem como um tratamento Acustico de alguns quartos q são mais próximos do Nikki beach , para aqueles q se incomodam com som . Cafe da manha fraco p hotel daquele porte

First they put our rooms right above the Passion club. We couldn't sleep for two days because of all the music going until 4AM-then they switched our rooms after complaints for extra charge $320.00, but that was dissapointing too. Our sheets were always damp due to the location of the room and Wi-Fi wasn't working. Prices were ridiculous!!!!!! I will never go back to this hotel ever again. They seriously scam all the tourists-paid over a grand for a cabana on a saturday with one vodka and one champagne. I will never go back to this hotel ever again

My room view was amazing. Wake up with that iew and watch the sunset was a great eperience. Also the pool and beach facilities were very good.

Staff was very, but very poor. They do need more training and be better prepared. I had to waut almost 30 minutes to check in and there was no waiting line. Other guests who arrived after me where attend before, even noticing I was waiting for some time. I also hated the noise at night, the sound from the bar/club was extremelly high. I felt like sleeping in a club and in one night I woke up at 4 am with a group talking too loud, drunk and hitting doors. I think it didn't worth the money I've paid for this hotel. I had higher expectations and expected better service. It is definetly not a world class hotel. Very disapointing.

Loved the suite!!! Free breakfast in bed every morning. Such fast staff and amazing room service. Incredible views!
