the friendliness of the staff which is not unusual for Mexico.the location of the hotel which was out of Punta Cancun. the quality of the overall hotel-construction is very poor. The specific Americans who were shouting so loud at 3-5am almost every night. The smell in the bathroom (moisture) |

The rooms are very nice ............new modern. The staff were not at all helpfull.................very expensive and not at all good value. |

Reception floor was very nice with friendly staff. Pool area was even better than expected. Breakfast was excellent, so were bars and restaurants, too. Our room at 9th floor was slightly worn-out and not as clean as what we would have hoped for. Air-conditioning controls were not working properly (AC quite ok, though). The paintings and sculptures found in our room were a bit questionable, we'd find it better to put effort on some more relevant things. The staff at spa/gym a bit on the arrogant side, be sure to wear tennis shoes for gym..! |

staffs are very kind and friendly. The location is so comfortable to go to shopping. It's so stylish,modern adn elegant. My room was the level Ocean front. But there was no bathtub. |

sam hotel piekny, plaża jak na warunki Cancun całkiem ok. Cudowne baseny, mnóstwo miejsca dla gości - nie trzeba walczyć o leżaki. Rewelacyjna, miła, kulturalna obsługa - zawsze bardzo pomocna. Super lokalizacja!!! |

la calidad de las areas externas del hotel como restaurante picsina, etc muy mala la calidad de las habitaciones adwmas no me dieron lo que pedi, mas nunca voy a reservar con booking hera mi 12 ava vez reservando con booking pero no lo hare mas gracias al engaño de las dos camas dobles que no son dobles sino menos que queen , en fin por ese precio pude haber conseguido suits de lujo en cualquir hotel |

el champagne al check-in, el servicio, me dieran una habitacion entre el mar y la laguna enquanto tenia pedido la laguna, ruido de los vecinos de arriba como a las 12 de la noche, a cambiar los muebles de lugar, me parece, pero bueno, fue poco |
