-Good food. -Beautiful hotel. -Expensive extra charge for bali beds. No shade at the beach or poolside unless you pay. This after you already paid the all-inclusive rate! We were traveling with a baby so this was a big deal (need shade). -At times terrible service, which should be unheard of in a hotel of this class. -Extra "tip" charge at checkout, even though all bills clearly stated "tip not included" throughout the stay.

Good location, confort and cleaning of the room and common areas (pools and beach), great quality of restaurants and services. Elevators waiting (the call logic demands long times to attend the floors). Because the beaches and pools, the hotel must change the elevator carpets by another cover more appropriated to moisture (stink inside cabin).

Beautiful hotel attention to detail and design. The beach is spectacular. Complete me package excellent as it includes all meals and most drinks. Long wait for dinner at their restaurants

Cons include - 1) Transport to the hotel – I contacted the hotel by email a week prior to my arrival to arrange (complimentary) transportation from the airport to the hotel, however, I never received a response. Go figure, I decided to wait until I arrived at the airport to locate the shuttle only to find out that my companion and I were listed for pick up. We also found out later that there was a fee for departure from the hotel to the airport, yet ME’s website states that shuttle service is “complimentary.” 2) Lack of communication – My comments concerning lack of communication are too extensive for this review. Lets just say that there where several episodes of “lost in translation” between front desk, concierge and staff to the point that you wonder if anyone was on the same page. By the way, we missed our spa appointment due to lack of communication. 3) Minibar – “All inclusive” is a stretched statement. I paid for "The level" package, which gives you the opportunity to indulge in the premium liquors, all inclusive meals, mini massage for two, barefoot beach dinner, and concierge service (located on the 10th floor), just to name a few services. You also have the option to upgrade to "ultra premium" liquors, which is an additional $60 USD per night. Not to mention they have a confusing "green dot/yellow dot" system on the drinks and snacks inside the mini bar. Green dot means the snacks and liquor are included in your package; yellow means you have to pay. However, 95% of the stuff in the mini bar is for SALE (yellow dot), hence, if you are not careful, you may wind up paying for something not included in your package. Yet, this is all-inclusive...mind you. As others have stated, there are several other things/services such as the bali beds that should be free – still reserved, but free nonetheless if you are of “VIP” level status. 4) The Room – My companion and I had a Junior Suite on the 10 floor.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Also, the location was quite nice. Likely the same issues with everyone else on that strip. That the own hotel's shadow covers the sun exposure on the beach and pool area too early in the moring, but that is a structural problem, not a service one so otherwise, all was good. Thank you

отличный отель,хороший пляж,современный номер. не для любителей огромных резортов. на рецепции есть русско говорящий человек. если хотите большего.... берите номер с балконом и джакузи. уровень персонала на рецепции и вообще. внимательно узнавайте что включено в ваш All Inclusive, много путаници при выписке

Schitterend hotel, luxe ruime kamers, direct aan het mooiste deel van het strand, mooi zwembad gedeelte, moderne/strakke lounge uitstraling. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk. All inclusive bleek toch niet all inclusive! Je wordt geacht om 15% fooi te geven op al je bestedingen. Dus bij ieder besteld drankje krijg je een rekening te ondertekenen waarbij je dus niet voor het drankje hoeft te betalen, maar 'vrij' bent om fooi te geven. Ronduit irritant! Bovendien zijn veel extra's tegen betaling, zoals bedden rondom het zwembad (40 us dollar voor een bali-bed). Overigens waren er tijdens ons bezoek genoeg gratis normale bedjes beschikbaar (laagseizoen), toch stoorde ik mij aan het hele 'geldmachine gevoel'. In dit hôtel voelde ik mij duidelijk een nummer en ondergeschikt aan een werkproces. In de rij bij de balie, in de rij bij het eten, voor 18 uur boeken voor een restaurant, na 0.00 uur geen drankjes meer inbegrepen, etc. Het eten is wisselend van kwaliteit: goed ontbijt, maar tijdens de drukke uren lange wachttijden bij de vers bereide gerechten. Het Sushi restaurant was perfect, maar de het grill restaurant is ronduit slecht: denk aan BBQ bij je buren met kilo-knallervlees. Kortom, leuke ervaring, mooi hotel, maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

La arquitectura del Hotel y su playa El personal que atiende en recepcion no esta capacitado, las gerentas del hotel son poco amables e ineficientes, aunque pagues el all inclusive tienes que pagar en algunas partes del hotel, hay pocos meseros en los bares y playa, los elevadores estan descuidados, el room service tiene costo. Los cuartos no tienen suficientes enchufes,

Eu reservei, pelo booking, este hotel, em Cancun, no período de 17 a 24, e em Miami, no período de 24 a 28. Ou seja o dia 24 se repetiu nas duas reservas. Eu só percebi o engano, quando fui fazer o check out no me Cancun, no dia 24. Como eu também já tinha adquirido passagem aérea também para o dia 24, eu solicitei, sem sucesso, ao me Cancun que retirasse o dia 24 da minha reserva. Como eu fiquei no me Cancun, 7 (sete) das 8 (oito) noites reservadas, acho que esse Hotel poderia ter sido mais flexível, não cobrando a diária não utilizada no dia 24.

Очень дружелюбный персонал. Не Бали, конечно, но относительно быстро обслуживают на пляже. Дико шумный отель. Музыка не просто громкая, а слишком громкая, не прекращается 23 часа в сутки, тишина 1 час с 4 до 5 утра. В номерах предложены беруши. В отеле и на его территории нет ни одного места, где не было бы слышно орущей клубной музыки, даже в спа. Отель категорически не рекомендую для отдыха. Может понравиться людям, относящимся к категории "тусовщики".

Boa localização, bons restaurantes e atendimento dos hospedes muito bom. Otimo quarto, boas instalações. Na reseva feita pelo site coloquei observções que não foram lidas pelo hotel, e que foi ocasionado um grande transtorno, porém somente foi resolvido depois de muita insistencia e tambem pela ajuda do Booking. O hotel deveria colocar alguns shows a noite, não há atividades para entretenimento dos hospedes.

Tudo, principalmente a educação dos funcionários. A comida é maravilhosa, os restaurantes são ótimos, o melhor é o Silk. Fica perto dos shoppings e festas a noite. A piscina é maravilhosa e o atendimento excelente. Não tenho nada a reclamar. O hotel é excepcional!!

la struttura.. la posizione.. il design sono troppo fiscali.. la mattina alle 8.00 ti bussano in camera per vedere se ci sei. devi fare continue file in reception per qualsiasi cosa.. non ti fanno andare via se non con un biglietto che dimostri l'avvenuto pagamento.(pur avendo la fattura in mano)

Conjunto de piscinas, café da manhã, a vista da suite para o mar é maravilhosa, o loby do hotel é muito bonito e sua localização é muito boa No bar da piscina você demora muito para ser atendido pois além de ter que atender os hóspedes também tem que atender os garções tanto da piscina como os da praia, sugiro que eles façam um bar voltado para praia. o revalion foi muito fraco não tinha um som que animasse as pessoas a comida estava muito ruim e o custo foi muito alto us$ 250,00 por pessoa não valeu, não volto para passar o revalion.

オールインクルシブでは無い予約でしたが、オールインクルシブしかないと言われ、同金額ならと了解しました- 。レストランはますまずでしたので、結果的には良かったです。 12時過ぎに着きましたが、16時過ぎてチェックインされました。チェックアウト時も最初は他の部屋番号の- 請求書だったり、また冷蔵庫を使用していないのにそれがカウントされていたり、とトップシーズンを差し引い- ても、フロントの対応は素人で悪かったです。
