The staff is wonderful. They are very helpful and courteous. The facilities are nice and the beds are comfortable. The location is great and I really like the beach, which is small, but not crowded and safe to swim

The food needs improvement. There is some variety on the buffet, but some of the items are not really well prepared. We dined at La Terrazza, which required reservation and the food there also left a lot to be desired. The fish I ordered was really overcooked, which was a pity, since it was a nice piece of fish.

It was nice having the ability to actually get into the water at the beach! Also, the restaurant and entertainment staff were very friendly and fun!

The hotel staff was a bit rude and not very helpful. I inquired about purchasing an Amenity for the room on day and I was referred to housekeeping?? I also requested to have a new room key and I felt as if I was being interrogated by the FBI. (Why did you misplace it? Where were you? What were you doing?) The internet price was a bit high and the signal was spotty too.

the avaialbility of food and drinks. The pools and facilities were great

could use better alcohol if they limited the number per day. People were wasting a lot of food and beverages. Cabo is an expensive place without many options but your hotel

I look into the rooms before we check in and found that very limited rooms has ocean view. Bathroom is too small like trailer home. We decided not to check in.

The staff were all very courteous and friendly, and we had our issues dealt with very quickly.

Although there were a variety of choices, the food was on the level of basic high school cafeteria offerings.

We booked this last minute as a cruise we booked got cancelled. All inclusive new to us but it works out in this location, you can't just pop out to local restaurant. Beach access was good, take beach shoes as you'll need them for the rough stuff. Good weather and the sea is swimable, we snorkelled for 40mins with no suits and some great fish around rocks in bay. Beach sales you have to fend off but they are not too pushy. Bar on beach is closed but didn't bother us. Pool was good but nothing special, at least it wasn't salt water. Staff in buffet, hotel and restaurant were great, we tipped but didn't feel we needed to, all appreciated tips. We ate in Terrazo restaurant three times, this is one of two that open the third doesn't seem to operate in the evening. Food was great and service was good; you have to book in the morning from 9am, plan to que from 8.30-8.45 if you want a reasonable time, even then you may get 9pm. Not all available tables are booked obviously to limit their costs. Room was basic and I would star it as 3 star, clean and tidy, beds were firm so good for me, fridge with pop and water in, safe needed working out, got it in the end and it worked all week, good job we didn't need aircon' as it was so noisy.. Think the fan was falling off. Mostly families holidaying from us when we were there.

$3000 for one week I think is expensive but then we don't do all inclusive usually. We were allocated room 1402 on the reception level very near to club and bar, if you want to sleep you've had it! Didn't ask to move as we were told hotel was full although it didn't seem so. Most nights the noise finished about 1am which is not too bad unless you have to be up early for trips. Last night was the worst on the Friday, after the show and bar finished a group of "lads" decided to play pool until 4am with all the shouts and screams!! If we found ourselves in Cabo again this place would be last on the list. Oh and if you need a lift forget it they don't work, we saw disabled people struggling up and down stairs every day, the hotel is on multiple levels.

Great location. Miles of beautiful beach to walk. Staff was very friendly with the exception of one on the reception desk men.

Challenge to get theme restaurant reservations. Rooms could use updating.

The staff was friendly, the food was great. Drinks were amazing. Room was comfortable. The location was awesome.

Pillows were hard. Pool and pool bar closed way too early (7pm for the pool bar and 8pm for the pool). Internet prices were steep. Not enough english channels on the tv.

The beach was nice. The food was average.

Hard to book a reservation for dinner, it had to be done before 11am. Not much variety with the food. Lousy ping pong paddles and foosball. Terrible shows for entertainment. It took a long time to check in and they did not have the right room as booked but did not offer any compensation for it. No adult area, no infinity pool. They charged extra for the cabana'S.

The view was nice. We loved being able to swim in the ocean. The restaurant staff was very nice and the maid service was pretty good. Armando, the bartender, was great!

Check in was horrible! Our room wasn't ready until around 6 P.M. & it was the wrong room. We paid for an ocean view room with a king bed & after several horrible hours they tried to put us in a standard room with 2 small beds. When we went back up they gave us keys to a new room. The keys didn't work. Then people came out of the room & said it was their room. Then the clerk told me that they had overbooked the hotel & that it was my problem not his! They finally put us in the correct room later that night. Several other guests told us that they had the same problem that day. There were not a lot of activities at the pool. Bingo was listed but we never saw it, etc.
