I requested a room with no noise. They gave me one besides the service elevator, they moved me to one under the hydroneumatic pump really noisy and finally they moved me to a room in front of reforma av with so much traffic noise I could not sleep all night. Had to move out

I stayed on The Level floor. The service was exceptional. The room was very good. The wifi service fluctuated constantly. It was pretty much non-existent in the room. This made business communication very difficult.

Location, Level room, room amenities Staff could try harder and be more nicer, Level floor breakfast had very limited choice and untrained staff, it didn't work on 1.1. from 7 as it is written on the door so we went to restaurant for breakfast which they attempted to charge us, however I declined that due to unavailibility of Level floor breakfast so in the end I didn't pay - and no notice that Level floor breakfast won't be served on 1.1. - it needs to be said that it did open later on, however due my early flight I had no choice

Excelent location, close to all city center attractions. Feels safe. For the price you pay, you would expect a lot more. The hotel is very outdated, the rooms (furniture and bathroom) are old and worn out. The worse part was the very dirty and dusty carpet in the room. Otherwise the place is fine for spent a night or two, but way too overpriced for the quality.

Perfect location, within walking distance to most of the attractions in Centro Historico. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Beautifully decorated rooms and other hotel spaces. Very comfortable stay overall!

Todo fue muy bueno, desde la recepción, presentación del hotel, habitación, limpieza, orden, etc. Desearía que hubiera contactos a corriente eléctrica cerca de los burós, porque uno tiene que ir hasta el baño a cargar celulares o cámaras.

Excelente ubicación y servicio... Que a la hora de hacer el Check out, tuve un problema con lo ofrecido vs lo que se quería cobrar... El detalle es que hice la reserva a través de Booking y me ofrecieron un precio y a la hora de liquidar me dieron otro en recepción... Afortunadamente me lo resolvieron y me comentaron que ustedes lo arreglarían con Booking, a lo que yo les comentaba que este proveedor no ofrecería nada que no estuviera previamente autorizado por ustedes; pero como quiera me hicieron perder más de una hora con este detalle.

Su ubicacion es excelente. Entre el centro y reforma. A 3 cuadras del metro Hidalgo No es un hotel nuevo. Le vendria bien una remodelacion.

La atención y disposición del personal Juan DE Dios las recomendaciones de Carlos excelente esperaba algo mejor no nos gusto y menos q veníamos del Paradisus la perla conseguir hotel descuidado y la comida nada q ver x el precio estábamos en el LeveL pero no lo llamaría así

Excelente ubicación. Muy buen servicio... la atención del personal. Es un gran hotel q está en la intersección de las avenidas más lindas de la ciudad. Debería tener el desayuno incluido en el precio de la habitación..
