Just one block from the Alameda park, two from Sheraton or Diego Rivera Mural Museum, and three from the museum of fine arts. Good rates. Nice restaurant. Watch out the taxi service from the Hotel. The guy who drove me five blocks from the hotel charged me mex$90, and he pretended not to have enough change to give me. Hire an official meter-equipped cab, rather. |

Cuando llegué me dieron una habitación donde no me senti muy comodo y la chica de la recepción sin ningun contratiempo me asigno otra donde estuve muy a gusto durante mi estadia, El hotel es muy seguro y comodo ya he estado otras veces y hasta ahora se ha convertido en mi casa en el DF. solo un comentario que me hizo un cliente que no recordaba mi apellido y cuando llamó pido solo por mis dos nombres y mi nacionalidad, la persona que le contesto lo trato muy groseramente, al final la persona que contesto dio conmigo y me paso la llamada, mas facil era decir, disculpe Sr. sin los datos completos del huesped no le podre ayudar, si gusta cuando tenga los datos vuelva a llamarnos y con gusto le comunicamos y listo! no es necesario llegar a la descortesia. solo eso,soy muy exigente en cuanto a la atención al cliente y donde vaya evalúo el mínimo detalle del servicio, es parte de mi trabajo y lo aplico en mi vida personal y en como me tratan, fuera de esto de no ser por este detalle hubiera calificado al personal como Excelente. |

Las instalaciones del hotel estan muy bien, la cama es cómoda, el personal es muy amable y a pesar de que pasa por una avenida principal y todo el día circulan automóviles, en las noches no hay ruido y se puede dormir. El restaurante esta bien de precio y la comida tiene buen sabor. Es un hotel económico y pase una estancia muy agradable ahí. A pesar de que me hospede en invierno note que el hotel no tiene aire acondicionado ni calefacción. No tengo idea que tan frío sea el invierno o verano en la ciudad de México pero en lo personal, no necesite la calefacción. El hotel esta en una zona intermedia entre colonias muy feas y sitios de interés turisticos, antes de llegar a él no se antoja ni caminar por ahi, pero como a tres calles más todo cambia. |

la habitación muy espaciosa, la ubicación excelente, el salón comedor muy agradable, el lobby muy imponente, el personal muy servicial . que no tuviera pcs funcionando, habìa dos que estaban desconectadas. No me gustó la vista desde la habitación ya que daba a una especie de cine clausurado.Se escuchaban bastante los ruidos de otras habitaciones. |
