El personal del hotel esta caracterizado como en epoca de la Revolucion Mexicana, y hay tres personas que animan y dan un recorrido, son basante simpaticos. Tuve problemas en el registro, contra la reserva. La reserva comentaba que incluia alimentos y segun el hotel no. Me hicieron perder mas de una hora explicandoles, entrando a Internet, mostrandoles la reserva etc, etc.
