The hotel was nice and looks to once have been a very upscale hotel. It is a bit older now but the maids did a good job of cleaning the rooms. The restaurant and the restaurant staff were very nice. Food was good. The desk staff did not seem able to take messages and relay them to the guest. I personally did not get a number of messages that were left for me. The hotel serves a lot of groups and is unable to get guidelines for conduct (noise) that keeps other guest up most of the night.

Horrible! The staff would never give me my phone messages, were very rude, would not control the all night partying of over guests which kept me up all night.

Tiene buenas instalaciones y decoración, gran parte del personal (en especial los meseros y bell boys) son muy amables, atentos y alegres, lo que hace tu estancia mucho más agrabable, la alberca tiene una temperatura ideal para nadar, las camas son excelentes, la televisión tiene cable y es de plasma, la comida es muy rica y queda muy cerca del centro de Oaxaca. Sólo que se escucha todo el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des historischen Stadtzentrums am Berg mit schönem Blick auf die Stadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber aber eher einfach ausgestattet. Es gibt einen netten Pool und ein Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist im Preis enthalten und gut. Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr hellhörig und es gibt oft bis spät laute Musik.

Me gustó que es económico, cuidan la limpieza de las habitaciones y el buffet de desayuno es muy bueno. La atención del personal de recepción es muy mala; la ubicación por estar lejos del centro; y las camas y almohadas que están muy incómodas.
