Senior couple plus married child with spouse and 4 children. Our rooms were together but isolated from other guests - good for all of us. Breakfast was included in package price - our son insisted on that. Close to Plaza Alameda, Metro and other good things.
Exercise room not finished. Construction/repair on primary stairwell while guests were around.
Vicinanza a fermata della metro. Buona colazione.
POOR INTERNET CABLE SIGNAL WAS GONE FOR A WHILE
The location is very good, and the staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable.
Good reception of wifi signal was possible only around the elevator, and the hotel promises it in all the rooms. The plumbing of the rooms is bad designed, so sometimes it smells bad.
Posizione e la camera
Great location, roomy room which is very clean with bottled water and a safe, excellent price
A bit tired, breakfast not great, it included a very strange ham like substance but overall fine
Location and staff
Very small bathrooms. Only one working elevator holding max of 4 persons
The room was good in most parts -very big and nice but no view
The designer who was in charge of the toilet did the worse job! They didn't clean our room after the first night and on the morning that we were suppose to leave on afternoon, they cleaned - no sense The breakfast was very small and worthless - pancake or eggs - you need to chose and they will give you the smallest meal you can think of and last but the worse thin is - we ask for a piece of advise about how to get to the airport - and the men at the reception told us to go the wrong way - not just the wrong way but the completely the opposite way we should have go
The staff helped us a lot with finding safe transportation through out Mexico City. We were concerned about safety and they helped a lot with finding us a safe driver that drove us around. The room was very clean. The location was great....walking distance to many attractions and the metro.
The breakfast was the same every morning but it was filling. The elevator didn't work when we first got there.
The elevador and the air conditioning Didn't work. The included breakfast was poor and it was necessary to pay extra for a buffet breakfast. The manager at first refused to adjust the fee due to not having an elevator working. After I informed that I was leaving they reduced the room by 10%. I already had decided to leave on my second day.
People courteous, helpful and kind
Need wifi in the rooms
Location, Mexican friendliness,
Hotel being remodeled. Only one elevator in service. Limited breakfast options. Limited TV programming.
Newly decorated rooms were very nicely done. Location is pretty good for the historical centre and metro.
Very noisy at night, people shouting and being loud in the hallways, then the workers doing the renovations started early so barely slept on both nights we stayed. Breakfast is included but is very small, you have to pay to have access to a slightly bigger buffet which is 40 pesos. Why not just include it all in the room charge? They seem to care and cater more about the tour groups passing through. Overall Not good value for money.
Everything was good excellent
The only problem was the elevator it was broken a nd I know they installing a new one I will come back soon
The staff was very kind and helpful. They brought food to my room, when I ordered. They said "good morning" and "have a nice day". Really nice staff. The neighborhood is good. There are several restaurants and shops. Just around the corner is a shopping mall. You should not be afraid of walking around the streets. I saw many tourists.
The taxes are too high. The chairs in the restaurant are uncomfortable. There is a very nice rooftop, but it wasn't opened. The laundry service is very expensive.
I liked the location and the staff.
I didn't like the tiny bathrooms, the light above the door that we could not turn off or the parking. I especially did not like the lack noise... we could hear clearly people talking outside our room, other doors opening and closing, and construction noise.
Emailed manager a week ago about everything that happened never got a reply. Do not stay here. - Bad customer service - Little to NO WiFi - NO A/C - NO Cable - Currently remodeling hotel, meaning NOISE. I took the time to email management about my horrible experience. Never got a reply with an apology or anything. Don't recommend it at all, spend your money on somewhere with better reviews.
Despite the cost of the hotel being reasonable, there was an atmosphere that let the place down. Staff 'could' have been more helpful... very difficult to get basic information from them. Accommodation allocated was dark and claustrophobic when asking for a move was informed air conditioning, for what it was worth, was only on the first 3 of the 9 floors. The included breakfast was restricted to a choice of omelette or pancakes, anything extra like cereal was at a cost! At the end of the day the price reflected the standard.
The room, very clean, comfortable, quiet.
They were remodeling and it was only in use a lift, very uncomfortable up and down the bleachers.
elevators not working
Staf is very very frendly
1. Day air in rom is not good. Protect insekt ?
Condensation dripping on the floor. Had to call in to come mop floor several times. Bad tv reception.
Price and location, very close to the historical centre.
No wifi in the rooms; no elevator (it is out of service for a long time); the business centre simply didn't work (very sloooow internet and no printer).
The location was excellent, the staff too, but since the elevator was in repair, we had a little problems, since we went on a business, we didn´t had too much time to appreciate. But in general everybody was very good.
No Internet in the room, and the elevator is under reconstruction.
