Offering a restaurant, hotel Mexicali is located in central Mexico City, just three subway stops from Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez Circuit and a 12-minutes’ drive from the Condesa area.
Score from 68 reviews Good
The bath room and shower are small, the shower has a glass wall and door, not really comfortable with that.
close to the Metro station and close to the Zocalo with a nice walk
elevator was shaking
free parking, comfortable bed, stable warm water for the shower. many restarant nearby
Hallways, Internet free but unusable
money taken from suitcase by staff
it is near everything
The WiFi was weak and a bit erratic. The public area/bar seemed a bit sterile and lifeless. For what it was, the price seemed a bit too high.
The hotel is conveniently located. The staff was friendly and the room was adequate.
Room not ready, waited 2 days for coffeemaker, wifi next to nil in room, ok in lobby, restaurant a write-off. Only one elevator working. (Since summer 2014?)
Location, nice room, reception staff friendly after a few mishaps, maid service, reasonable price,
Layout and size of room
No surprises. Good bed, quietness for sleeping
The person responsible for the renovations should go back to school! It is a good thing we are slim, anyone a bit heavier would have a hard time getting in and out of the toilet. Also TOWELBARS would have been nice. The showerhead looks good, but if you don't want wet hair, bring a shower cap, it sprays all over. They could use some more cleaning staff to cope with a full hotel/change.
Being close to the Alameda park and the Belle Artes and an easy walk to the centre of town. Service from the staff was friendly and prompt.
Location. Clean. Safes in each room. Breakfast facility part of site. Great help arranging taxi when needed.
Didn't have late check up
Doesn't have wifi in the room and the elevator is not enough for the user most of the time is full and you have to wait for it
The best relation between price and conford
No towel bars to hang towels in the bathroom. Very inconvenient. Reguested use of iron and ironing board - was promised but never came. Very slow elevator and only one was working the whole week we were there. Overpriced breakfasts.
Good staff. Rooms were nice but lacked towel bars in the bathroom.
EL EDIFICIO EN OBRA Y DESCUIDADO
The staff is very helpful and great!
WIFI no llega a la habitación
Ubicación e infrestrutura
Minor- Still undergoing some remodeling and only one functional elevator at the moment. MAJOR- free wifi was almost useless. Little or no connectivity was available except in the lobby. For a modern, quality, urban hotel, this a problem that needs to be fixed.
Good location-good staff- superior rooms-recently upgraded- great price
Hotel was unfriendly, noisy, minimal facilities and I would not recommend it
Location was good.
First impression far from welcoming and inviting....front entry very dirty, cigarette butts everywhere, looked like a dump, literally. The lobby not much better. The worst part...we paid about $90 Canadian to stay...Booking.com converts the rate from Canadian to U.S, then to pesos!! We will not be booking with this outfit again!
The bed was comfortable and linens good, also the room, though small, was relatively clean
Good location near Alameda. Good sized room, quiet and comfortable. Coffee maker in the room.
Perfect location to visit the city centre
The bed. Very comfortable.
wifi internet restroom tv only 4 channels
the location is the best everything is close the bed is great
No wifi in room. No frig in room either. The hotel needs maintenance done.
We liked that it was easy to stay safe by walking where there were lots of people. It is a very active part of the city.
Noise of the drilling & hammering. No wifi. Attitude of the hotel manager.
