There are towels in the room.
The hotel has one functioning elevator for 10 floors. The coffee shop on the ground floor took ages to deliver the coffee. Waiter said that the coffee machine is on the tenth floor. Seriously. The room had a coffee maker, but no coffee, tea, or sugar. There was no directory of hotel services in the room. There was no hotel phone directory in the room. I had to guess the phone number of the reception when I needed something.
AC was nice and cold, beds were so good too.
I booked three rooms and apparently the two other rooms for my friends the AC did not work. And the toilets are in a different room from showers but very clean.
Location and your worldwide image Good continental breakfast
There is not TV cable - not good channels neither english channel ... There is Not air condition .. TV Control without signal neither good batteries - Not lights on the aisles - Courtins cannot be released or moved
We had many problems with the hotel, and the staff didn't do anything to help and didn't even apologize. We booked room with king size bed and they said they had only with two dubles, wifi was not available in the room, there was no cable TV, we found a partially drunk bottle of water in the room, the breakfast was disappointing aswell. We felt cheated.
location, price and breakfast.
ask for things necessaries for cleaning routines like toilet paper or water for preparing coffee and people in charge of that keep just forgetting it.
Nothing i like
1st. Their was no air conditiner in the room water leak in bathroom sink hot water took for ever to reach temp. No iron in the room bed sheet had bloodstains in for the location it was a very very poor hotel it should be like 10 dollars a night i will never ever stay there again
Very good location, close to several metro stations
Staff for the breakfast are unfriendly and slow.
Bad sound proof on the rooms, you can hear everything from the outside.
My stay here was very pleasant. The front desk is very professional. The bellboy was especially friendly and ready to help. The cleaning ladies Alejandra and the lady with one kidney (I'm very talkative sometimes) made my 6 day stay there homey. The hotel has gone trough a very modern renovation. They had one modern elevator zipping up and down, and were working on installing the second while I was there. The internet is very fast in the rooms, although it did go out one night. The TV has a lot of over the air digital Spanish channels (no cable). The street it fronts is very busy during the daytime, but at night it becomes completely empty and quite. On a Sunday there was a rave going on a few buildings down, but I didn't mind the noise much. For those who are sensitive, there are rooms located away from outside noises towards the center. I went during the Sept 16 festivities and didn't hear much noise from the neighbors. Even the 4 busloads of Herbalife pushers fresh from a convention didn't give me a peep about weight loss supplements:) The location is pretty good. It is located on the opposite side of the block of the Juarez metro stop and 2 blocks from the Hidalgo stop. There is also a dry cleaner a stones throw away that charges 30pesos/kilo that came in handy. The included breakfast service tastes good, although on the small side. It was like an appetizer for the guajolotas (tamale inside a torta) they sold on bicycle carts around the hotel or the french fry street tacos they sell in the center of town in the mornings. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there very much. With the renovations coming to an end though, I'm pretty sure a hefty price increase is coming. At which point, I'll probably reconsider my options
To be honest, the block in which its at is a bit sketchy at night. It hasn't been renovated like Juarez street a block up and is very dark. It made me look over my shoulder and walk briskly, but nothing ever happened and the streets would always be pretty empty at night.
The staff were courteous and helpful. The size of the room was Much larger than expected. The location was excellent and it was always quiet in the room.
The Internet was very spotty in the room and after a few days it didn't work at all, which meant going down to reception to connect. Lots of TV channels but nothing in English at all, which would have been fine had the Internet worked and been able to stream Netflix.
renovado, el staff fue flexible en el check out
no habia control remoto de la tv
Service and food from Restaurant. The American Breakfast included was really poor and didnt taste good. They didnt had a spacy sauce and it was México!
Senior couple plus married child with spouse and 4 children. Our rooms were together but isolated from other guests - good for all of us. Breakfast was included in package price - our son insisted on that. Close to Plaza Alameda, Metro and other good things.
Exercise room not finished. Construction/repair on primary stairwell while guests were around.
Vicinanza a fermata della metro. Buona colazione.
conversion to pesos added to the price of the room false info about bathtubs in the rooms
POOR INTERNET CABLE SIGNAL WAS GONE FOR A WHILE
Clean and modern.
my floor was under construction
The location is very good, and the staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable.
Good reception of wifi signal was possible only around the elevator, and the hotel promises it in all the rooms. The plumbing of the rooms is bad designed, so sometimes it smells bad.
Posizione e la camera
Great location, roomy room which is very clean with bottled water and a safe, excellent price
A bit tired, breakfast not great, it included a very strange ham like substance but overall fine
Location and staff
Very small bathrooms. Only one working elevator holding max of 4 persons
The room was good in most parts -very big and nice but no view
The designer who was in charge of the toilet did the worse job! They didn't clean our room after the first night and on the morning that we were suppose to leave on afternoon, they cleaned - no sense The breakfast was very small and worthless - pancake or eggs - you need to chose and they will give you the smallest meal you can think of and last but the worse thin is - we ask for a piece of advise about how to get to the airport - and the men at the reception told us to go the wrong way - not just the wrong way but the completely the opposite way we should have go
The staff helped us a lot with finding safe transportation through out Mexico City. We were concerned about safety and they helped a lot with finding us a safe driver that drove us around. The room was very clean. The location was great....walking distance to many attractions and the metro.
The breakfast was the same every morning but it was filling. The elevator didn't work when we first got there.
The elevador and the air conditioning Didn't work. The included breakfast was poor and it was necessary to pay extra for a buffet breakfast. The manager at first refused to adjust the fee due to not having an elevator working. After I informed that I was leaving they reduced the room by 10%. I already had decided to leave on my second day.
People courteous, helpful and kind
Need wifi in the rooms
