Very nice place with huge pools; good animation, good mexican food;good service and very nice mexican people. All smoke free hotel that cut the ambiance at the bar located in the large lobby. When we came a few years ago around at this hotel the bar there had a very good animation but now with this stupid interdiction nothing funny happens at this place.

Golfplatz, Minigolf, Strand, guter Service mit Shuttles zwischen den verschiedenen Bereichen. Für ein so großes Hotel ist die Anlage recht nett gemacht. Qualität der Speisen und Getränke hat in den verschiedenen Restaurants stark variiert: von gut bis richtig schlecht, kommt wahrscheinlich vom 'all inclusive'-Konzept. Für Kurzurlaub ok, würde aber nicht länger bleiben.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and very well appointed. There were quite a few trips you could go on eg. to an offshore island and to the Mayan Ruins. The tour guides were good and quite funny at times. The swimming pools were very clean ,ideal for young children. The food was very good and plentiful. We had a great meal in The Oriental Restaurant.

The room was nice I had a problem with my booking, It seems that the staff do not know what the policies are with the hotel. The management does not even know what is on their own website. I tried 5 times to contact this hotel before I stayed there - they do not answer your questions. I spent approx 1 hr of every day on my stay trying to get my problem fixed, it almost ruined my stay. They told lies even though I had proof of my issue. I would not recommend this hotel. There is no communication from staff or the company that operate this hotel. Very disapointing.

The service was great. Staff was always willing to do their best. The other thing I liked most was to be able to use all other palace facilities and services. This was great. The rooms were great too. The events planner/public relations (some of them) were not very interested in helping me find what I want, but they were interested in selling their targets. In our arrival, we had an event planner who was more interested in selling a membership than in helping us. The food also is not in the same level as the facilities and service. It could improve.
