Hotel is old. Our room was little, humid and not so clean. No window and no fan in the bathroom

The only quality of the hotel was its location

-The hotel didn't meet our expectations at any other point, so after one night we decided to move to another one. The main faults were the presence of cockroaches, the musty smell and the fact that the only window had a view for another room window 80 cm away, with a thick curtain, which made the room very dark. The mold stains were on the ceiling and in the bathroom. We asked for another room, but it was no better. Moreover, there was a hole in the curtain. The patio is under general renovation, but the hotel still accepts the guests. Finally, our credit card was charged for 2 nights, although we were told that we would pay only for one.

Las habitaciones no son muy lindas ni confortables. Había olor a cañerías y estaban arreglando el hotel en dicho momento. No había pileta, la estaban construyendo.

De todo el personal con el que tuve contacto, solo uno de ellos de nombre edgar se mostro con actitud hospitalaria y de buen trato, todos los demas no creo que esten concientes de la responsabilidad de su trabajo. La ubicacion del hotel te permite estar en el primer cuadro de la ciudad

Muchas cosas, para empezar el trato del personal fue pesimo, yo reserve una habitacion de servico ejecutivo anunciadas en su pagina, con dos camas matrimoniales y un baño decoroso, las imagenes publicadas no van de acuerdo con lo que me ofrecieron de entrada que fue una habitacion demasiado pequeña con una sola cama y un baño en el que apenas cabia una persona. Al principio la acepte pensando que lo que yo habia contratado no habia sido mas que publicidad engañosa mas aparte de eso, la taza del baño tenia una fuga que hacia poco atractivo la vista, e incluso el uso del mismo, si nos ponemos exigentes podria ser hasta riesgoso por la posibilidad de una caida. Eso si no lo quise tolerar y pedi el cambio de habitacion, afortunadamente aceptaron pero al momento de cambiarme de habitacion no sabian exactamente ni donde estaba ubicada la nueva habitacion, mucha confusion del personal, dandome incluso una llave que no correspondia a la cerradura. No quise esperar mas y les dije que iba salir a comer esperando que al regreso se hubiera resuelto el problema. Por ultimo y creo que fue lo que menos esperaba, fue que la alberca estaba en remodelacion, gran decepcion, yo hice mi reservacion desde yuma, colorado donde la temperatura actual es de menos 6 grados centigrados, si reserve por tres noches un hotel con alberca es porque realmente tenia ganas de usarla y no escuchar el trajin constante y martilleo de los trabajadores encargados de la remodelacion. La verdad me decepcione enormemente por la eleccion realizada del hotel y lo mas penoso precisamente fue la decepcion de mi pareja. Lo pensare mejor la siguiente vez y creo que ustedes deberian actualizar su informacion en la pagina para evitar este tipo de sitauaciones

On a hésité vu certains commentaires et on a bien fait de venir dans cet hotel à 2 pas de la place principale et de la cathédrale. Sans doute le meilleur rapport qualité prix que nous ayons fait dans le Yucatan. Le petit déjeuner est un peu sommaire mais suffisant et tout à fait adapté au prix pratiqué. La chambre qui nous a été donnée était immense (env 30 m²) et bien rénovée. Les travaux dans la rue sont terminés. A ce prix difficile de trouver mieux. Parking dans la cour de l'hotel, appréciable en plein centre ville Et enfin personnel charmant.

Déjeuner un peu plus varié aurait été parfait (ex. pas de thé mais uniquement café)

the location was excellent in the center of downtown, the rates were affordable and the pool was open throughout for swimming and it was not deep (which is a great thing if you are traveling with children).

There was a mix up with the type of room. i booked a non smoking deluxe room with either a sofa or table through booking. However when i went to check in the room they gave me was not the same and it was a smoking room which was unacceptable since i was traveling with a 3yr old. I was placed in a budget type room for my first 2 nights and was then moved to the the deluxe room (which was what i reserved in the first place) for my 3rd and 4th night. The deluxe room was nice but i don't believe a mix up like this should have happen on such and established site. There needs to be better relay of information between the booking site and the hotel in order to avoid being placed in the wrong room.

I like the helpfull assitant manager when I complain that I was giving the wrong room when I arrive ,

the poor assitant when leaving the hotel they was no one attentive with my luggage to bring them down and puit them in the taxi ..
