It is quite difficult to find - make sure you print off a map or clear directions - do not assume taxi drivers will know where it is! My fault I didn't do this and spent a fortune on the cab fare having to find an internet cafe to check address!
I felt is was a little pricey compared to other places I have stayed in Mexico, but I guess that is Cancun.
The owner Andrea was very helpful and welcoming and speaks good English. This is private home in a residential area, I think she only has two guest rooms and there is a kitchen for you to use as well. I only stayed one night and left early so I didn't stay long in the house. I had a private bathroom although it was across the hall, not attached to the room. The shower was fine, there was warm water. The room had two double beds, clean and comfortable; the standards are like an everyday Mexican home, so don't come here if you are looking for a luxury hotel. It is not located in the tourist area, but within walking distance of the bus station and places to eat. The area felt safe to walk around alone, even at night. Even though I stayed on new year's eve, I did not hear a lot of noise and slept well.
