We are on North 34th Street and 10th Avenue, yards from Fifth Avenue and the beach. They are around, restaurants, bars and nightlife nearby. The building has a beautiful pool. Each of our condos has high speed internet, smart TV, coffee maker, beach towels, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. MANDARINO BEACH CLUB FREE ACCESS., Guests can enjoy the facilities of the Mandarino Beach Club beach club just 10 minutes walk from the Condominium. CHEDRAUI SELECT with restaurants around, it is located in front of our condominium, it is the only supermarket in the area. EXCURSIONS to the parks leave in front of the condo. MARIO VILLANUEVA SPORTS CLUB, is located in front of the condominium, where you can do free sports activities. PARKING 49 feet from the accommodations, payment. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST at our Negroamaro restaurant 3 minutes from the Condominium (optional) The price of the reservation per room does not include the cleaning service (ask at reception). In case the person needs a daily cleaning service, they must pay a daily additional cleaning day, depending on the season (ask at reception).

The property offers sun loungers and umbrellas in the Exclusive Mandarino Beach Club, located 10 minutes walking distance from our condominium.. A minimum consumption per person is required as a condition of permanence. (drinks or external food can not be introduced).
Please note that the free loungers and parasols are subject to availability.
Please note that it is not permitted to smoke inside the apartments.
Please note the reservation price per room, clients must add the cost of cleaning (ask at the front desk).
In case that the client requires daily cleaning, there will be a daily surcharge per cleaning day depending on the season (ask at reception).
Front desk is open from 10:00 to 19:00.
The cleaning of the apartment is daily and free, however there will be no change of sheets and towels during your stay, change of bed linen and towels has an additional fee (request at reception if desired).
