The location is very convenient. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, arranging a trip to Teotihuacan for me within mere minutes after asking, also taxi arrangements via the reception were convenient and quick. The room was elegant and very comfortable, much better than in equivalent hotels in Western countries. Everything was immaculately clean. The atmosphere is rather that of a us hotel. There were two bottles of water in the bathroom (I supposed that they were for brushing teeth) -- it turned out that they were part of the minibar and quite expensive. This could've been better marked. When I arrived at the breakfast room, no one seemed to speak any English or have any clue what they were supposed to do. They gave me a dinner menu and claimed that there was no breakfast. After a while, the chef came out, and in the end, I received a delicious breakfast (though the whole process took almost 1 1/2 hours). The next day I went to the breakfast place next door (Pan y Cocina; which was ok and cheaper). |
