The location in town, the help of the reception employees.

The architectural design : extremely long corridors with no shortcuts, very dangerous in case the place should be evacuated (fire-earthquakes).---- The lack of a welcoming place to sit in (bar, computers, everything is in the lobby) The restaurant, very hot (not airconditioned) and very noisy (huge TV screen full volume) - but food and service are ok. The roof terrace is not as described.

Location was perfect. Facility was ok.

The price appeared on the booking.com was $141. I ended up paying $169.3. I did buy a bottle of water but it costs only m$25. After tax and the high exchange rate, you shouldn't expect you are going to pay the exact amount appeared on the website. +) The website said free breakfast buffet was included but apparently the staffs in the cafeteria weren't aware of that. It took us sometime to make them acknowledge the fact.

Cannot fault the location. As a business hotel I am sure it would be very good. Comfortable bed.

Stayed in a Junior Suite which was poorly lit. The features like the bath tub and shower were well worn. Complimentary toiletries were very basic. The bed sheets did not even fit the size of the bed. The mini bar fridge was not even plugged in. Took 2 days for a light bulb to be fixed. Hotel staff were unhelpful about surrounding area in terms of places to eat or drink.

Reasonably priced and simple. Nothing extraordinary but I was happy enough.

No free internet access.

Staff had limited knowledge of English. As I booked through Booking.com I paid for the hotel upfront. The staff advised me that this could not possibly be the case and were quite rude about it. I now have the problem of dealing with a duplicate charge.

La ubicación, en pleno centro histórico.

Me llama la atención que un hotel como el nh no tenga servicio de internet gratuito en las habitaciones, cuando hoteles considerados de menor categoría lo ofrecen. El servicio en el restaurante.

Lite snorkig personal. Enligt erbjudandet skulle frukost ingå från 15 dec till 15 jan med detta var personalen helt ovetande om. Fick gräla oss till gratis frukost. Det var lite trist.

Posizione e comfort

El hotel no está a altura de otros de la cadena. El personal no está preparado adecuadamente, aunque es amable y cordial. El servico de habitación, limpieza y provisión de enseres, es malo. No proveyeron elementos tales como vasos -eramos dos personas y había uno solo- ni repusieron el café ni artículos de tocador. Otra: La ubicación es excelente, supongo, para quien vaya por negocios o tenga interés en ver el México profundo, ya que está ubicado a dos cuadras del zócalo, pero también a cuatro de Tepito, el barrio mas complicado de la ciudad.

Sobre todo la ubicación, muy adecuada para conocer el Centro Histórico de la Ciudad de México. El personal muy amable y las instalaciones de buena calidad y limpias.

Sugiero que se otorgue el servicio de Internet sin costo a los huespedes. Este es un servicio que se otroga gratuitos en muchos hoteles de calidad del mundo, NH no debería de ser la excepción.

Centraal gelegen en behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Echt een aanrader!
