Score from 235 reviews Excellent
NH Mexico City Reforma features an outdoor pool, a restaurant and air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV. It is in the center of the popular Zona Rosa district and has its own on-site theater.

very central location helpful staff clean and comfy room
very modern (could be a positive thing is you are looking for it)
The location is excellent for any sightseeing, you can reach most of the main sights by walking. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of options to choose from.
We had a room on the 4th floor. Breakfast in this hotel is on the 5th floor, so we were wojen up each morning by a noise as if a cart was being rolled over the floor. It stopped around 7:30am which is when breakfast time started. My recommendation: get a room on any other floor.
Location, friendly staff
One day I left at 8:30 am and returned to the hotel after 4:30pm, by which time my room had not been cleaned, which is completely unacceptable. Some members of staff do not have a very good level of English
The location, as it's right in the historical center, and only 50 to 100 meters from the constitution square. The room is also fairly good, and the price is reasonable.
It's not very comfortable to sleep with a sheet and blanket.
very clean, good location, comfortable bed
window doesn't open the stuff tried to help but English needs improvements
Great location and facilities and excellent breakfast. Magnificent beds
Room was a bit dark and could do with better lighting but a minor quibble overall
Friendly staff, excellent location and price. Loved the bed, very comfortable. Will definitely stay at this hotel again!!
check-in was a bit slow.
The place was easy to find, delightful staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms, close to the Zocalo, and priced well for a down town hotel. All in all, the place was JUST RIGHT for the four of us (2 rooms). I will return.
The breakfast and support from Dagoberto
The wake up call I did not ask for and the lack of prompt daily cleaning services in the room.
the door going to the toilet in the middle of the night was difficult to see
Location was great; room was clean and spacious; restaurant was fine - a bit quiet
Location and bell boys
No valet parking (used too have). Poor WiFi as in all NH hotels, was expected. Unresponsive staff at front desk and management.
Location is ideal, lots of historical places and musea all on walking distance. Staff is very helpfull and hospital, we were allowed to use shower at the end of the although we had already checked out.
twin bed rooms only - no queen size rooms bathroom is unpractical size of rooms
Next to the Zocalo and good restaurants!
Proximity to touristic attractions. Restaurant was rather good and cheap.
To pay nights, breakfast in advance and to be harassed to pay on an ongoing basis lunches and dinners I had in the restaurant....without getting a correct bill until check-out....by the way, very complex bill for the purpose of company's reimbursement!
have to argue with frontdesk staff
trouble free, helpful staff, roomy room, great recommendation for tour guide.
I think I may have left an item of clothing there but don´t have the contact details.
Everything! No complaints.
very well located.
no parking & not a fare on the nearest parking lots. we didn't like the current bath tube its risky & a complete mess when you take a shower.
Breakfast was excellent, best ever! Room spacy, comfortable and clean, bed great, bathroom good. No leaks, no smels, nothing disfunctioning. Personnell great. Good hotel just a few steps down from the huss and buss of the very crowded Centro historico, so not noisy at nigt time.
Next time we'll take a hotel closer to the areas with real night life, real life in general, Zona Rosa or Condesa. Centro historico is ok for visiting it's noted sites, but boring otherwise.
It was great location, room had a large comfortable bed! Good choice of TV channels. Lovely bathroom. Great hotel
Price was a bit too high but I guess you pay for the 4 star service...
Very close to the historic centre
The location was excellent; a block from el Zocalo! I walked through the historic center including the cathedral and the stores around the hotel; it was great!!!!
Breakfast should had offered a little bit more local choices ... Housekeeping really did took their time to do the rooms which was not Ok ... When you arrive at night and you don't have a lot of cash you have to wait for 9 am if the next day to get some when reception could help out :( ... Other side than that it's all good!
This hotel still remembers what the core business of hotels is. Silent room, noise and outdoor light blocked, so you can get a good night's rest. The rooms were nice and clean. Not too big, but what is the added value of that? Comfy bed and pillows.
The only thing that i see people might have a problem with, is the shower. It is indeed a bit dangerous to get in an out as you need to step up, especially when it's wet. As for the taxis, people should know that there are different taxi companies, some of which have 2 to 3 times the lowest rate. I got a decent rate of 200 to the airport. So i hope the hotel now knows which taxi companies to contact. Also, you don't want to trade your security for a cheaper taxi rate.
