Very convenient location, see front, beach 3 min walking and very close to bars and restaurants Not possible to adjust temperature of air conditioning, either on or off. Construction work ongoing in an area of the hotel - not very pleasant |

The great view over the ocean, the great places to swim. The bed! the coffemashine in the and a room with a hairdryer:) At the arrivel the hotel had problems finding our rewservation - so we had to wait almost an hour - ...and we were a little tired. |

The food was good The hotel is located beside a night club and it is impossible to sleep, when we requested to change room, the service was very slow and bad. Also, if we did not give tip, the service was bad. At the end, they wanted to charge us breakfast separately when our reservation was with breakfast included. |

街に近く，カンクンを楽しむには丁度良い立地であった．徒歩圏内に食事処がある．宿泊するならば，多少金額が高くても海側(Executive Room)に宿泊するべきである．街側と海側には雲泥の差がある．カンクンまできておきながら，数千円の差でこの美しさを失うのはもったいない．ホテルガイドブックに載っている写真は現在のものではない．現在はビーチが浸食されて全くない状態．でも宿泊をためらうほどのことではない．本当に美しいロケーションである．地元の人も立地条件はココが一番良いと言っていた． 予約が取れているのか確認メイルを直接ホテルに送信したが，全く返信がなかった．でも，その理由はホテルの受付業務が常時忙しそうであったからであろうと現地に着いて納得することができた．朝食込みと記載してあったが実際は1人あたりUS9ドル(2008年9月)した． |

posizione, colazione buffet lavori di modernizzazione piscine,bar esterno e nuova palazzina non segnalati quindi servizi non fruibili e basso comfort.Impianto di climatizzazione nelle camere inefficiente. Colazione inclusa nella tariffa non fruibile, nemmeno in parte prima, delle ore 6.30. |

La piscina y los caneyes frente al mar, dan una sensación de relax espectacular. el servicio en habitación, una noche por la fuerte lluvia se inundó la habitación y solicité ayuda a la 11pm y me atendieron a las 3 de la madrugada. |
